All information was presented clearly and questions from individuals within our travel group of 100, were answered, our emails replied to within hours, and the level of service was generally way better than I have experienced with any other service agency for many many years. With Covid-19, of course, everything had to be cancelled, and the level of attentiveness and service just got better after everything else fell apart. They even negotiated partial refunds on the hotel and flights for those in our group who had not purchased travel insurance. I'm sure they were losing all kinds of money, but they put customers first. If I ever get to travel again, Ellison will be my agency, even if I would normally just book everything myself. She clearly wasn't listening to us when we were telling her where we wanted to go and stay. Another 5 minutes probably Googling the resort and finding their website. That gave my fiancé time to see the other review on Yelp and that paired with her painful silence helped us make the decision to get out and go together someone who is going to actually engage us and listen and help us plan our dream honeymoon. Not this mute that couldn't even log into her computer.

Later on, when I wanted to change the date, she said their whole seller has changed the rules and she charged me 150 dollars. There was other problems too. To sum it up, if you just need a ticket without any customer service, they may be ok, but if you expect them to help you and provide customer service, well, I didn't get any. My travel agent in the US told me not to call the airline as they may charge me 20 dollars should I decide to change my ticket, that's when I bought a ticket from her, but the person at advance travel referred me to the airline every time I asked her something. They charged us again for another change to my dad's ticket without explaining the charges. Very poor communication. I will never buy from them and tell anyone I know not to do so. I mean all travel agencies do the same thing, it's the customer service that separates them.
