There have been a couple times where I have taken all of my pre-planned arrangements into them from research online and they haven't been able to find me anything cheaper and they will simply tell me to go book it. The travel industry is not like it was in the late 90's and given this, their honestly means a lot to me when I book a trip. Even if I end up booking online, I still always book my insurance with them. Friendly, attentive staff and no pressure or lousy sales pitches. This company gives you a sense of feeling safe and protected with your vacation choices, something that I don't think many agencies offer anymore and haven't for a while.

One of my client recommended Contacting Wendy for travel information. She was very helpful and…read moreprovided lots of tips for our travel to Japan and Taiwan. She offered a direct flight deal that includes 4 nights hotel in Japan which beats all the other prices we found online. The only bad thing was they only take a maximin of $300 per person for credit card purchase and the rest I need to go into the office in person to pay either in cash or by cheque. The office is on the second floor at Parker Place. I looped around the mall once before I found where it is. I like that she gave me her cell number as I can message her via WhatsApp for quotes and questions as well as phone call. When I was paying, she provided me with transit maps and brochures of Japan for my trip as well as some must try food places. I will definitely find her again for my future travel.

First one was Kenneth Dana who had to come into Surrey to pick us up at three different locations in order to get to YVR by 6 am. Very courteous and always checking to make sure we are all fine. Our second driver, Gurkirat, was amazing as well. Due to Air Canada's ridiculously long delay in sending three flights' of luggages onto the same carousel, we were delayed by a full hour while our driver was already standing by. Gurkirat was so helpful in grabbing all our numerous heavy suitcases off the carousel and then later on, helped rectify an unexpected situation. We can't express how fortunate we all were to have these two lovely men ending up being our drivers and made our our limo experiences one of the best ever! KUDOS to both!!

This vendor was deceitful in his dealings with me. I signed…read moreup with him for a private tour of Buchert Gardens several months in advance. He confirmed the tour with me the day before and did not mention that Buchert Gardens was closed that day and for one week. He picked me up the next day and only then told me that the Gardens were closed. It was MY fault he said for not knowing this because I did not check the website. He told me he could provide a full day in spite of that, but he did not offer a substitute activity. Because I went forward with the tour on his assurance, because it was now outside of the the 24 hour window to cancel, I was not able to receive a refund. Buyer beware is all I can say about this vendor. You cannot take him at his word.
