Crisp on the outside and hot in the middle. I am relieved to now have a go to spot for when I'm craving a gryo. Their dinner service is really where they shine though. The food is amazing, the ambiance is perfect for an intimate meal, and they always have amazing specials! My husband loves their seafood, but they do EVERYTHING well, and the bread and olive tapinade is so good that it's hard not to fill up on it while waiting for your food.) If you're adventurous, I'd suggest the escargot (after my husband tried it once, he now orders it every time we come here). If you simply want a decadent appetizer, the baked brie is wonderful.
