I came here for the first time the other night with my Mom. I love how they had dogs there! I was especially excited to see a golden retriever. I had a spa pedicure and gel manicure done. My nail tech was great. He made sure I liked my nail color. I definitely do. Very relaxing. The massage chairs were nice and comfortable. I also had my manicure done when I was sitting in the pedicure chair. Very effective. I would suggest giving choices for the spa pedicure (Lavender, etc) and letting the customers leave the tip on the credit card. I hope I can come back again. I have to admit that I'm disappointed. I finally have a job that allows me to have my nails done (after 15 years of scrubbing surgery!) So I went to Tiara because they were close by and open on Sunday. By Tuesday afternoon, 3 of my gel nails were chipped. It is now Thu and almost all of them are. I was expecting to get at least a week as I was told they should last 2-3 weeks! My nail tech was very nice and fun to chat with. But I don't feel that 2-4 days is worth the cost of a gel nail. read more

I got this as a gift for a friend. She really really enjoyed the service and the employees were very friendly and nice. They had tons and tons of chatter and she seemed to genuinely have an extremely good time. We got the green tea massage special pedi/mani. She got to gel and choose a nice color which came out very beautifully. The staffing were incredibly cordial and over all I think it was a very good value for such a very nice overall experience. My friend definitely said she felt a lot better overall after her session and she definitely enjoyed the service. They're located in a small bit of a strip mall lot but have many many booths. Lots of parking available and lots of other close by amenities for those sticking around. All in all I gotta say this was a very pleasurable, nice, and incredibly enjoyable service. I'm not sure why this place has such low stars, I just went today for the first time and it was such a nice relaxing spa experience! I had Hylan (I'm sure I spelled that wrong) and she was amazing. I didn't feel rushed but it didn't drag on (I've had both and it's not fun) and I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep in the chair. When I got in I had to wait about 10ish mins because they were cleaning up. They did tons of cleaning procedures too so that made me feel good! Will totally be back. read more

This place is clean overall and the staff was pleasant. I went in without an appointment and only waited about 15 minutes, which wasn't bad at all. They have a wide varieties of colors, and I would say it was a B average experience overall. My critiques are... 1. The woman doing my nails service, although she was wearing a mask, she had a terribly runny nose, which indicated allergies or illness. Not that I'm Covid paranoid, but I don't think it's good practice to have dick people working. 2. The woman doing my nails was rough at some points with my cuticles and skin surrounding my nails. So rough, that I flinched a couple times, thankfully there wasn't any blood. 3. I got a UV Gel fill, which is a sculpting gel, and on my thumb nail it is bubbled out a bit. I would say there is a lot of product and it wasn't spread out or thinned out enough. 4. I had my eyebrows waxed, and she put some pretty hot wax right on my under row area. I know the wax should be hot, but again in flinched, and it hurt a bit more than usual. I want to go back, but to be honest, I'm nervous of experiencing pain with my nails again. OMG, what a horrific experience... Jenni cut my fingers with cuticle clippers..caused me to have ingrown toenails and toe fungus...now my foot smells like cheese. Ask technician for mask when she did my ANC nails as all other techs. where wearing. She said "No for you" Paid for Hot Rock massage and she ran rocks under cold water. Also got my brows waxed, she never did between my eyebrows, after this long quarantine and didn't apply aloe. Home now trying to get wax off my eyebrows! I was so disappointed in my experience! This salon used to be Unicorn Nails and it was fantastic! Ever since they changed to Tiara, their service has declined dramatically. All their services are very rushed and they've increased prices while decreasing some of the perks. They've also just started doing ANC Nails (gel dip). Don't do it! They're not trained well at all! Usually haven't had a problem here but am currently being rushed through my pedicure, didn't get any calluses removed and my nail tech has literally just been wiping my legs with the things supposed to be massaged in. Let alone my cold towel came out of some old shopping plastic bag that she brought from the back that was thrown on for 5 seconds. I've wanted to try this place cause people kept saying how good they were. They were friendly but they did the total opposite of what I asked them to do for my acrylics. They're too short and I asked for them to be long and almond shaped and the lady said they couldn't for some reason. I asked for my design on my nail to be on my left hand and ring finger and she ended up putting them on both. I'm really disappointed in this. My nails aren't very shaped. Went for the first time as a friend referred me for my wedding this weekend. They had no idea what I was saying when I said I just wanted gel nails. They had different gel options & couldn't explain them to us. Cut two of my girls twice & shaped them both wrong. My first time there today. For me it was a bad experience. I felt rushed, the man was rough and not friendly. Felt like I was annoyance. No soak time. The owner was very rude to a woman who made a valid complaint. The owner was not happy with the customers tip and told the customer this. The customer politely told the owner that it was poor customer service to say that to her. The owner proceeded to become aggressive towards the customer. It was not professional. The owner should have apologized and let it go. Tipping should not be expected and if she was that concerned for her employee, she should have made up the difference herself rather than trying to embarrass a customer. The customer service was very good but when i came to the product they were horrible. I went in asking for a moderate length almond shape, i walked out with short round nails. They're bulky and look like bubbles. They charged me $60 for nails that are not long in length and a design on one finger on each hand. I asked for a G and it came out crooked and not to the best ability. When i walked in they were very nice and pleasant, but their work is no good. I will not return. read more

Very un-sanitary. This place has gone down hill over the years. It used to be OK for a quick pedicure that didn't really soften feet, etc. Now it's just dirty and they have the nerve to jack prices up! Last night had a pedicure with a friend. They used the same foot file on both of our heels w/o even rinsing it off! Just handed it over. We asked for the callus remover service which was an extra $10.00. For that they rubbed regular lotion on the heel & ball of foot, wrapped them in plastic wrap for all of 2 minutes tops- then used the shared foot file on heels & balls of feet for a few minutes. It was definitely not worth $10 extra and I asked where was the oil for heels that I am used to from being there in past? They said "lotion is good". Then the nail tech tried to put used flip flops on my feet before painting toes. Not disposable ones that most nail salons have- a dirty used pair of regular flip flops. I refused them. I see no auto clave for instruments and their towels even looked dirty. I will never go back and am looking into reporting them to the Health Department. Stay away!!! I love Tiara Nails! I have been coming here for well over a year. I see Mia every time, she is my go to nail tech! She is amazing and I have NEVER had a problem with her. She does a great job on my nails, takes her time to listen, gives a great massage, and is overall very pleasant. She can also do some of the crazy colors I like with the powder dip, ombre, glitter, etc. When Mia isn't available, I see Emily! She does a fantastic job as well. I love Mia so much that I have referred several people to see her and they all love her as well. Love walking in to get my nails done as I am always greeted by either Emily or Daniel. Is there such a thing as negative 5 stars. Rude. Rude. Rude. And it wasn't because of a Language barrier. I was there for a polish change because I was there a week a ago for a half assed pedicure and needed a polish change in a hurry to match a dress for a wedding I was going to. My toes were red and I wanted a French. After taking off half of the red polish she began to paint my toes French. I stopped her and said" aren't you going to take the rest of the polish off? There is still a lot of red and my skin has red polish smooshed on it". She said no because I wasn't getting a full pedicure. ?????? A polish change is $10 and a pedicure is $20- so I'm getting some crazy looking French polish because I'm not getting a full pedicure? After arguing with me she began a long conversation in Vietnamese, laughing at me and then brought me to dry my toes and THREW MY SHOES ON THE FLOOR, to the point that one slide under the drying station. Very poor job and poor customer service. Thank god there are a million better places to go. read more

Worst nail salon experience ever. I just went for the first time and got a regular manicure. My nail tech was super rough with me and made me bleed by quickly ripping my cuticles off. She yanked my hands a lot and I saw her give a few dirty looks while she was doing my nails. The woman also made me pay before my nails were even done which I have never heard of. Also when she gave me the free massage she barely did anything but punch my back and then she walked away. The manager and the other employees seemed pretty nice but this one lady in particular was extremely rude. I'm not sure if she was rasict towards me or if she just treats all her customers like this, but anyone would be mad after this experience. I really felt like complaining and not even tipping her, but I did tip to be nice and I barely even received a thank you afterwards. I will NEVER be returning here due to her customer service, and I will NOT be recommending this place to anyone I know. read more

I went here maybe a month ago to get a full set of acrylics. The man who did mine completely rushed through them and I absolutely hated how they looked. Now, I'm really not a high maintenance person at all so please keep that in mind! I asked for almond shaped nails, and he said "No, they are called oval." A simple google search shows all of the nail shapes that are most common and almond is a hot trend right now. He made the tips oval, which I highly disliked, and completely rushed through my nails. He was done with a full set in maybe 25 minutes. My nails weren't capped with polish either so they were chipping within 5 days. Not to mention he was rough with the high speed filing tool they use and actually burned my fingers with it a couple of times. It also looks pretty dirty in there, never clean, and none of the people are personable. I just really wouldn't recommend. Plus I paid maybe $45-$50 for them which was a waste of money that I worked for. read more
