Mateo was polite over the phone and said he could do the job. He and his team arrived on time. He looked at the property and spotted a couple of things in addition to the vines that were invasive/should be removed. Then we had an upfront conversation about price and came to a number we agreed on. He and his team worked quickly and did a great job. He even gave me tips on how to keep the vines in check! I highly recommend Mateo for his professionalism and good attitude. I will continue calling on Mateo for all of my landscaping needs. He even referred me to his brother who has done some good work for me as well! Thanks Mateo!

The nature of our Project involved a number of different details including patio deck design, metal work (for our steel railing), landscape modifications including modifying our existing gutter downspout and modifying our ground cover rocks, metal boarder. It was a challenge to find a one stop shop, but Roberto's team stepped up to that challenge and did a great job. The scope of the Project: 1) increase our patio deck stairs' landing area by 35% making it safer for those exiting and entering our rear patio. 2) demolition of the existing cedar deck materials to be replaced by Trex composite requiring little to no maintenance moving forward 3) frame out the new patio landing and stairs, adding 2 additional stairs to make the overall patio stairs solution safer 4) remove and redirect our gutter downspout so that it was not in the way of the newly installed patio stairs 5) modify the steel railing on the old stairs to accommodate the larger footprint of the new landing and additional stairs They say a picture is worth a 1000 words, so I'll let the following "before" and "after" pictures speak for themselves

This is an All-In-One business, Jensen does the design plus runs things, and he is a fortunate blend of talented but also experienced. Just take a peek at their website - those designs are both cool but also thoughtful. We wanted a total backyard redo, including turning a pergola sitting unused in the middle of our yard into an outdoor living room cabana complete with a metal roof and decking flooring. We wanted so much, including but not limited to: ripping out an ugly stone patio off the house's back to replaced it with a roofed over decking floored dining area, then adding an open patio area with metal planters and built in decking bench seating. We wanted landscape lighting, welded metal edged flower beds, more planters, and by the time the project was almost done we added in having them do high quality artificial turf. They had to do wiring, plumb a propane line for a propane fire pit they made out of a huge boulder, roofing, metalwork, decking, planting design and implementation...they reworked and updated our irrigation... It was a lot and they were just amazing at all of it. Jensen cared as much about having everything done right as I did - and I am very picky about quality. And I can proudly say this backyard now looks amazing - like the boutique resort hotel outdoor lounging I was hoping for. We love being in that yard as much as possible now. I cannot recommend Jensen/Red Agave enough, but: five out of five stars all the way! Just absolutely, completely, ...excellent!!

Service: - Trimmed a 20ft tree (front yard) - Clean up service Summary Denis couldn't make it to our original appointment, but he apologized for the last min issue. He offered a next-day appointment, so within 12 hours of the actual time, he was there on-site with a large crew. I loved the service because he didn't blindly start cutting/trimming. He listened to what I wanted but countered and suggested cutting/trimming it differently based on the size of the tree. I'm glad I listened. Denis and his crew did the service within 20 minutes, with the front yard looking like normal. That was the best money I spent because if I tried to go to Home Depot and cut it myself, I would have been out there for two days, lol!
