Our first issue was the Sheetz card wasnt scanning on self check out, to which we made her aware of, and she had no one in line at the time, she came over and aggressively shook the scanner when she could've advised us to do so, or even explained to us we may of needed to try and back up from the scanner, literally ANYTHING than what she did. Afterwards my mother and father had coffees that were on sale 3/$7 and all of them rung up besides one coffee, to which my father advised her hes grabbing another coffee because of the issue, she didnt say anything nor did she offer any help or advise then that they can type in the SKU. I went to speak up and tell my mother and father that they could just scan one of the ones that DID scan a second time, like the worker could've advised, but before I finished my remark she rudely cut me off l, rolled her eyes and said she'd ring the ONE ITEM up, my mother was trying to explain that to the girl at the register that it was a sale and she didnt want to split the transaction to which the girl said "do you want my help or not," and didnt come to void the transaction on the self checkout, and only scanned out the one coffee and when my mother came back with the receipt asking for her money back then because she didnt get the sale all the lady said was "well you only got 3," and offered NO HELP.

That was frustrating, especially given the circumstances. I had to have a starting device installed due to a legal situation that was handled improperly, so I was already stressed about having to spend this money in the first place. David was very understanding about that, and I truly appreciated his professionalism. Unfortunately, my interaction with the owner was not pleasant. When I spoke with him on the phone, he told me I needed to hurry because he had to "go over things" with me and would be leaving for a few hours. I explained that I didn't need assistance using the device -- I simply needed to pay and pick up my vehicle. When I arrived, he was short and unfriendly. He repeatedly asked if I knew how to use the device, even after I assured him multiple times that I was fine. He then said, "Well, I don't think you'll be able to do it," which felt unnecessary and dismissive. He handed me paperwork to sign with little to no explanation, didn't return my key until I asked for it, and overall made the experience uncomfortable. I walked to my car and started it without any issue. It's disappointing because David provided excellent customer service, and good auto service can be hard to find. However, my interaction with the owner would make me hesitant to return, aside from the required monthly appointments for the device. I hope the owner considers improving customer communication and professionalism, as it would make a big difference in the overall customer experience.

He was so rude from the time I said "hello" when he called me to tell me he was outside. When he got to the area my home was in, he was in the wrong place, so I had to direct him by phone to the correct location. He acted like I was in the wrong because HE wasn't in the right place. So I got him to the right place and told him where my car would be. I said "it will be on your right. It's a black Toyota Camry. As I was walking up, I saw he had stopped in front of the wrong car. I told him that he was in front of a Corolla, not. Camry. Is it wrong for me to assume that a towing company representative should know cars? His attitude increase once again because of HIS mistake. The only good thing about this guy is that he was fast. It's the only reason for the additional star. When he was done, he never said anything to me about being finished. I'm glad I knew. But I said thank you and he completely ignored me. He didn't even look in my direction. Even after being rude to me the entire time he worked on my car, I tried to be the bigger person and stay nice, but it didn't work.
