I recently purchased a 2025 Harley Road Glide, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. Tony Robinson (Sales Manager) and Chris Bradley worked hard to get me the best possible deal on my new bike and my trade. Tony found incentives I didn't even know existed, and he made a new Harley only slightly more expensive than a used one. No pressure, no haggling--just honest, friendly help. What really impressed me was how I was never rushed or pushed. I was encouraged to sit on and ride any bike I wanted, and Tony personally approved a longer test ride so my wife and I could be absolutely sure the Road Glide was the right fit. On a later visit, George helped me compare seats and answered more questions, and Matt was friendly and helpful as well. It's great to see the excellent service continue after the sale. In the parts department, Todd and Brian were extremely helpful and treated my wife and me with kindness and respect. Joe Ferguson in finance made the paperwork simple and explained warranty and maintenance options clearly. In apparel, Cora, Andi, and Jessie are always warm, patient, and welcoming. They make you feel like family the moment you walk in. And P-Nut, the detailing specialist, deserves special recognition--his work on cleaning, waxing, and ceramic coating is top-tier and shows real pride and craftsmanship. Knoxville Harley-Davidson is truly a family-oriented dealership where every department treats you right. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great Harley experience. At drop off all this was discussed and talked about if it is going to be over $1500 give me a call, if not go ahead and fix it. I pick the bike up today (two weeks later). Pay the $1k + bill, they bring the bike out. I start looking it over. Looks like the valves were adjusted. But can't tell if the gasket is leaking or not bc there is fuel or something dripping from the bottom of the fuel tank onto the top of the engine. Look at the engine oil, looks good. Inspect the exhaust, looks like gasket was replaced, muffler is a little loose but nothing I can't tighten. Look at front spokes, a few seemed a little loose but better than they were. Back spokes were tightened but one was broken and not fixed or anything. Front sprocket was not cleaned or any signs of inspection done. Plastics were a little loose. But nothing I can't tighten. Start the bike, which it didn't start when I dropped it off, so the valves were done. Still can't tell if it is leaking bc what I assume is fuel leak from the tank or connection. Let it run while I strap it down, start to hear a little tap or slap in the top end. Shop manager claims they will honor their work if anything goes wrong. Hopefully it is fine. My personal experience was not good with this mechanic shop. I don't feel like I should have to go home and work on what I thought I just paid a shop to do.

For my husband and me, riding isn't a casual pastime--it is a visceral act of survival, a sacred path to healing, and our way of life. We are often seen as "young" for the sheer volume of history we carry, but age doesn't measure the weight of a lifetime. As an ACEs survivor navigating 2026, and with my husband being a 22-year retired combat veteran, we have both carried massive, heavy burdens from our earliest chapters. We know what it feels like to live in a world where survivors of life's heaviest battles are so often rendered completely invisible. But when we mount our Indian Motorcycle, we step into a legacy built on raw endurance, freedom, and spirit. For us, wind therapy is above all else. It is a moving meditation where the open road serves as the ultimate sanctuary. The road is big enough and strong enough to take it all. It absorbs the heavy weight of the world, the childhood echoes, the tears, the hard-fought combat battles, the shadows of trauma, and the grief. We leave it all right out there on the asphalt. My father, who served this country for 30 years, always dreamed of buying a bike and riding when he retired, but he passed before he could. Life can be so devastatingly short. Now, we don't just ride to escape; we rise. We carry his unfulfilled dream, we honor our fallen brothers and sisters-in-arms, and we let the wind clear our minds so we can find the strength to keep moving forward. In a world where it is so easy to feel unseen, the team at this local Knoxville franchise looked at us and truly saw our hearts. Andrew, Christine, and Tom operate on a level that goes far deeper than a standard transaction. Long before modern 2026 corporate care standards began emphasizing transparent, trauma-informed respect, this team was already living it. They provided an environment of absolute safety, profound kindness, and a rare, unconditional decorum. They didn't just service a legendary American machine; they protected a literal lifeline. This independent Tennessee treasure stands entirely separate from any ordinary dealership. Andrew, Christine, and Tom uphold an unwritten code of honor that protects the riding culture, the Indian Motorcycleheritage, and the survivors who rely on it for emotional survival. This isn't just a place to buy a bike; it is an independent destination entirely worth traveling to for anyone who values transparent integrity and genuine human connection. They gave us an unforgettable moment of peace. They are family now, and they hold our deepest, most enduring gratitude. The Rohr's
