What went well? The ENTIRE EXPERIENCE! I stopped in while on a business trip with my boss ~ he wanted a t-shirt. I sat on a 2025 Harley Davison Street Glide Purple Abyss Denim ~ WOW! I've had two HD's in the past: 1200 Sportster and Softail Deluxe. I was hooked, but not with just the bike but the entire Thunderhead Team. They were all so nice and GENUINE. I CANT recall all their names - I wish I had written them down. The main salesman I worked with was Dennis Bell. We talked forever and I really enjoyed talking with him ~ we exchanged numbers just in case I wanted to buy the bike. I wanted the bike so bad but just couldn't see spending the money. Dennis and I communicated via text on a pretty consistent basis. Dennis was very persistent but not annoying or pushy. He got a deposit on the bike that I wanted and he let me know. I had a feeling of relief ~ I'm off the hook. Dennis said, oh brother ~ we can get another just like that one for you ~ I laughed. I texted him Monday morning to see if the other party picked it up. He said no that they had decided not to buy and they headed home. I'm telling you ~ I did not sleep ~ could not get this bike out of my mind. Dennis and I continued texting after two or three days I told him I'm flying in to buy the bike. I flew in on a Saturday morning and out that afternoon. I'm having the bike delivered ~ 6 hours in this cold not for me. So, during the buying process everything was like a fine tuned Harley ~ their folks were all lined up and in position for the handoff to different departments: clothing, parts, etc. I have NEVER in my 40 years in Sales experienced the professionalism of this TEAM! I cant name them all and for that I am truly sorry because every single one of them in that dealership should be recognized. Even if I didn't meet with each one personally they ALL knew my name and the bike I was there for ~ incredible. After signing all the paperwork, David handed me a stick and above my head was a gong ~ I hit the thing and people clapped, blew horns on other Harley's on the floor and EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM CAME UP, SHOOK MY HAND AND CONGRATULATED ME. THEY WERE LIKE FAMILY AND HAD BECOME FAMILY AT THIS POINT. So, some honorable mentions: DENNIS BELL (SUPER SALESMAN), DAVID RUDDER (GM), TIM COWAN (CLOTHING), JAMES TREADWELL (PARTS), JOSH (REVIEWED ALL THE DETAILS OF THE BIKE ~ THE DUDE KNOWS BIKES and was EXTREMELY HELPFUL), JEFF (REVIEWED THE BIKE DETAILS ,TOO - HE KNOWS HIS STUFF, TOO), we connected my. Bluetooth and I introduced them to ZAC TOP - 'GUITAR' if you haven't heard the song give it a listen perfect sound on my new 2025 HD Street Glide; and last but not least ~ MS. BECCA (PULLED ALL THE CLOTHING AND PARTS TOGETHER AND RANG ME UP) ~ sweet lady and super helpful! She gave me a hug, too. Where did these folks learn this? Super professional, super nice, super genuine. I will definitely keep in touch with these guys and stop in when I'm in Knoxville for business. What a great store! A very nice employee greeted me and asked if I needed help. After a quick look around, I did need help and she was Johnny on the spot with answers and information. Clothing was sexed, sized and colorized. This store carries a very nice selection of bikes, chips & jewelry. Something for every H-D fan in your family. read more

This store is huge! There are a lot of clothes but unfortunately they are sized so small! My niece is 12 & the large womens shirt was tight! There was a THIN woman in the store that was talking to us about how the XL shirts didn't fit her. So, I bought a mens XL hoodie. So, if you are tiny... you can get a ton of Harley clothes here.... Cheap! Libby & Ashton were both fantastic! Libby walked all over the store helping me look for shirts & hoodies. We had fun chatting. They were both so friendly. The restrooms are clean. Every where I go in the world, we shop at Harley. This was our 3rd stop at a Harley today. So, after another $150 at this HD it was a bit irritating to be told by the young lady, Cam?, that she couldn't give me any extra bags. Instead everything was crammed into one bag & actually ripped before I got to the car. ‍ Libby & Ashton were 5 STARS. Cam being stingy w bags & cramming $150 worth of hoodies, socks, poker chips & shirts into one bag was ZERO stars. In one day of driving across 2 states & stopping at 4 Harleys (we stopped at another in Pigeon Forge this night. It's taken me about 2 wks to get back to this review) I spent almost $500. I think Harley can afford a few extra bags. read more

Stopped in today . Very nice store no high pressure salesman. Took them up on an offer to ride the Pan America. The gentleman that took us on our test ride. Actually let us ride the bikes. Will say plenty of power . And handles very well. This is a bike I would consider. Then I looked at it a pre-owned road glide they have. Once again no high pressure sells. The evaluated my trade. Made me a reasonable offer. Now to convince the other half. Lol. And I forgot to mention we are on a trip. From Oklahoma. Came out to ride the mountains. Thanks again to the staff everyone was friendly. And answered any questions we had. The overall experience was wonderful. Hope to see them Thursday or Friday and pick up that road glide. read more

My wife and I stopped in to the dealership to do some shopping. Like a lot of people while spending time in the store, sometimes nature calls and you need to use the bathroom. I went to the back of the store to use the facility, and discovered it was closed. I asked the employee that was standing near by why the bathroom was closed and he said that it was due to the virus. I asked him where could I go?, he said maybe the restaurant next store. I asked him where he goes, and he just smiled. After the explanation from the salesman I said to my wife, we will not be buying anything here today. I came to the conclusion that the dealership was being lazy. They felt ok to make money off of customers, but tell them to use other businesses restrooms. read more

My husband and I originally intended on stopping in to buy a new helmet and maybe a few t-shirts....after looking over there awesome selection of motorcycles we found what we had always wanted a beautiful 2003 Heritage Softtail Classic!! Our salesman Jeff never made us feel like we were a burden but rather just as excited for us that we found what we had been looking for! In closing the ladies (Penni Myers) and (Crystal Carbajal) who explained in detail about the financing and walked us through all the paperwork did so with such grace I must say it was a very pleasant experience......it's refreshing to know that there still are companies and employees who do enjoy helping others!!!
