Dropped 2022 CRF 450R off for valve adjustment, oil change, spoke tighten, exhaust gasket replace,…read moresee if oil around front sprocket residue from chain line or if the case is leaking, and an inspection to go over and see if it needs anything else. At drop off all this was discussed and talked about if it is going to be over $1500 give me a call, if not go ahead and fix it. I pick the bike up today (two weeks later). Pay the $1k + bill, they bring the bike out. I start looking it over. Looks like the valves were adjusted. But can't tell if the gasket is leaking or not bc there is fuel or something dripping from the bottom of the fuel tank onto the top of the engine. Look at the engine oil, looks good. Inspect the exhaust, looks like gasket was replaced, muffler is a little loose but nothing I can't tighten. Look at front spokes, a few seemed a little loose but better than they were. Back spokes were tightened but one was broken and not fixed or anything. Front sprocket was not cleaned or any signs of inspection done. Plastics were a little loose. But nothing I can't tighten. Start the bike, which it didn't start when I dropped it off, so the valves were done. Still can't tell if it is leaking bc what I assume is fuel leak from the tank or connection. Let it run while I strap it down, start to hear a little tap or slap in the top end. Shop manager claims they will honor their work if anything goes wrong. Hopefully it is fine. My personal experience was not good with this mechanic shop. I don't feel like I should have to go home and work on what I thought I just paid a shop to do.

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Rude Sales Management and No Follow-Up…read more We visited this Honda dealership as we begin shopping for a new Honda Pilot. Our goal was simple -- to understand current pricing and trade-in value so we could compare across multiple dealerships before purchasing by the end of the year. Our salesperson was polite, but the sales manager, Joe Jemley, was shockingly rude and dismissive simply because we mentioned that we planned to compare pricing from multiple dealerships. He actually questioned whether they "wanted to give us pricing" on a car and refused to provide a trade-in value for our vehicle. His attitude throughout the interaction was abrupt, condescending, and completely unprofessional. After the visit, I reached out to our sales rep and asked for someone above Joe to contact me to discuss the situation. I was told the GSM, Trustin Hampton, would call me the next business day -- that call never happened. I then called the dealership myself and asked to speak with Joe Jemley's manager, Chris Denny, and was transferred to his voicemail. That call was never returned either. This experience reflects a complete failure of leadership at multiple levels. Joe Jemley's conduct showed a total lack of professionalism, and the fact that no one from senior leadership followed up only reinforces the poor culture and accountability at this dealership. We will not be returning, and we strongly recommend visiting AutoNation Honda or Rusty Wallace Honda instead -- their professionalism and customer service were exceptional and a night-and-day difference from what we experienced at Airport Honda.

I tried and tried to find the appropriate size online, and locally, and then all along the trail from Michigan to Tennessee. He kept his prices fair, and his service excellent! In and out in an hour, on a Saturday, near closing. And he was a gentleman to my wife to boot. Took this guy 2 different bikes at separate times and both times he told me the bikes weren't worth…read morefixing. Both times I got the bikes back in pieces (everything he unhooked or took apart to do the assessment I paid for was left unattached). Both bikes are now RUNNING. One of the bikes was simply put back together and started after he told me it wasn't worth even putting back together. The other took some work but is also now running. Do not take anything here for assessment unless you want to pay money just to get it back in pieces.

For another month and a half, we have been assured by the manager, owner, and mechanics that they are working it or waiting on parts with the same excuse that the shipment is late or the part did not come in. After all the delays and lies, we finally went again to get the "fixed" bike and nothing was done or fixed. And now the auto shift is completely inoperable! Great dealership!…read more What I liked: Everything about this place. We went to the Knoxville Boat Show to buy two PWC's. After looking at everything available we decided on Wave Runners. The guys at Tommy's booth were very knowledgeable and helpful. After signing the contract Tommy's continued being just as helpful and were great at communication. Tommy's doesn't do a hard sell or try and sell you things you won't need and happily answers any and all questions. When the impeller pulled something in, Tommy's was quick to set up a time to get service. They don't make promises they can't keep and certainly go beyond expectations. This is the kind of business and people we like to do business with and feel lucky we bought from them. Sara and Richard are great people. I can't remember the two or three other gentlemen we met but they deserve a thanks too. Tommy and Barbara delivered the Wave Runners and gave us a quick rundown about them.
