When Pro-Tire checked, they found it was not necessary and in fact the dealer was wrong about the conditions of my shocks and ball joints. Pro-Tire found the clunking and fixed it for $100. So they are now my primary mechanics. Thanks, LWE.

Becareful where you spend your hard earned $. These folks don't back their services or their tires…read more After being a loyal customer spending over 1000 I was ripped off! I purchased 4 new tires. A week later I had a flat. I called and a very rude woman told me they didn't cover that. I would have to call the manufacturer. She gave me the run around. I wondered if she pocketed the $. I purchased another tire else where. I let that slide. My a/c went out. I took my car there paying $300. It half way works. Again, I went to them. I do transports for special needs individuals. I have to have air. Again, the very rude woman had an attitude. She argued with me yelling I didn't buy my tires there. When she realized she was wrong she got even uglier. She said it wasn't their fault the air didn't work. They were not responsible. I decided to just leave. As I exited the door she yelled bye a few times. I turned around looking for a manager or the owner. I went into the bay area where she was talking about me to her coworkers. I asked for owners number and she wouldn't give it to me. Telling me they would tell me the same thing. I told her I wanted to talk to them about her behavior. That she was completely unprofessional. She was red faced yelling obscenities at me as I left. Idk if any of what she said was true. I just know as long as she is at the front desk I will take my business elsewhere. I hope the owners see this and remove her as the face of this establishment.

After receiving a high quote from a dealership for a necessary car repair, I sought out this shop…read morefor a second quote and to do business locally. However, I ended up getting jerked around and ignored. I took the car in and the intended repair was not needed according to them. The parts had been ordered and I was told they would be held just in case the problem came back - which it did. Took the car back and they confirmed the initial diagnosis but now they didn't want to do the repair after having given me a quote for the job and retaining the parts. First, I was told it would take weeks before they could get to it - and, then they took it upon themselves to get a quote for the job at a different shop - one I was not familiar with. I told them I would like them to do the work because I trusted them. Then they decided they would have to re-price the parts and re-evaluate the quote! They would get back to me for an appointment. Didn't happen. Because of this ill treatment, I would never recommend them to a future victim. Good news is - I took the car out of town, got the repair done at a cost less than what he had quoted. So much for shopping locally with small business owners!!
