I waited at least 30 minutes to get the part. The commercial parts person never offered to help. The people in the back never came up to help. I went to replace it and they sold me the wrong motor. I went to return it and was 4th person again. Same story different person on register. 20 minutes in and a couple comes in and get in line and they turned and went to the commercial desk. I asked to see the manager. a guy come out of the back and we had serious words. He told me to leave the store several times or wait in line. Apparently my time has no value to these people. I spent at least an hour just to get my money back. I called corporate and they said district manager would call me. I ordered part from O'Reilly's. They had 4 people on the counter and I walked in and got the correct part. The district manager called me back and I told him what happened. He asked what the guy looked like and I told him. He said this wasn't the manager and he was going to get the problem resolved. I never heard another word. I personally will never step foot in this store again. If you don't mind being treated poorly and made to stand in line for excessive amounts of time this is the store you want to go to.

And my husband was working out of phone range, so I had to deal with Smoky Mountain Indian Motorcycle Repair most of the time, and I know NOTHING about motorcycles. GREAT experience. Absolutely GREAT experience. We were anxious we were going to get fleeced because we were dropping off a bike like, "We don't know what's wrong with it, can you figure it out?" Which could be construed as a license to bill. Not at all. Turned out to be a pin coil. They spent like one labor hour figuring out what it was. We had to order the part from Tennessee. They helped us. Even going so far as to communicate with the Triumph people in Tennessee to facilitate the process. They were 100% professional in clearing any charges with us before they went ahead. AND their estimate was right on target- to the penny. Moreover, everyone we talked to were super polite and friendly, especially Cameron, with whom we dealt with most of the time, who coordinated everything for us, and who could not have been more helpful. Because we planned to sell the bike, I asked them for an assessment and to provide a statement describing what condition the bike was in. They made sure to include an assessment of the bike's condition (excellent) on the invoice for us. We could not be more pleased with their service. I told my husband he should get an Indian, just because we know such an excellent Indian service center.

I didn't get any offers for help installing or tips for installing, but I guess I wouldn't come to expect such a level of service, except for over at the Snappy Lube down the street! It seems like a good idea to pair this place up with all the other car washes and auto service places around here. I managed to get a better deal on replacing the headlamps in a pair as opposed to waiting for the other bulb to go out, and doing it again. I can see clearly now! Meep Meep! After 5 minutes someone comes out and asks the first person if they had been helped- and it was no! As they try to help this person I count 4 other employees in the store but nobody else tries to help anyone. While the one person doing anything struggles to use the computer and make the sale. 21 minutes later I can finally get some help. I saw several people walk in and walk out seeing how slow things were going. I saw several people pull up, walk in and walk right into the back and seemingly get help. Maybe the other employees were helping people, but at a minimum at least make an attempt to tell people you will be with them as soon as you can instead of acting like you don't care about the line forming.
