While the one person doing anything struggles to use the computer and make the sale. 21 minutes later I can finally get some help. I saw several people walk in and walk out seeing how slow things were going. I saw several people pull up, walk in and walk right into the back and seemingly get help. Maybe the other employees were helping people, but at a minimum at least make an attempt to tell people you will be with them as soon as you can instead of acting like you don't care about the line forming.

A large rain event occurred resulting in a lot of water being let in my camper. As a result, I am seeing significant damage to the cabinetry, fixtures, wall coverings, etc. Fallin's RV never told me about the event even up to paying for the repair work. They said they needed to pull the camper out due to the difficulty in maneuvering a camper through their lot. As this took a long time, I went back and saw a technician still working in the camper. I went to the camper door and the technician asked if I had been told about the water event. I said no and saw multiple fans running in my camper and dirt and filth all over the camper floor. It was clear Fallin's RV was trying to hide this from me with the hope I would leave with the camper to discover the water issue later. I talked with the owner (Nick DesJardins) who accepted blame and said he would see what he could do to repair or compensate me for the water damage. I found water damage on May 16th, 2025 at Fallin's RV. Since then, I have tried to contact the owner on his cell phone and business phone. The owner will not return my calls or messages. It is clear that Nick is not going to accept responsibility and be accountable for Fallin's RV's negligence resulting in water damage to my camper. The damage is extensive enough that my insurance company has totaled the camper. Fallin's RV states their labor rate is $105.00. What they do not tell you is that this is a labor rate per technician. So if your repair requires two technicians, they will charge you $210.00 labor rate. See attached invoice from Fallins to show my camper was at their shop from 5/1/2025 to 5/16/2025 and the double technician labor rate charges.

First, I was told it would take weeks before they could get to it - and, then they took it upon themselves to get a quote for the job at a different shop - one I was not familiar with. I told them I would like them to do the work because I trusted them. Then they decided they would have to re-price the parts and re-evaluate the quote! They would get back to me for an appointment. Didn't happen. Because of this ill treatment, I would never recommend them to a future victim. Good news is - I took the car out of town, got the repair done at a cost less than what he had quoted. A week later I had a flat. I called and a very rude woman told me they didn't cover that. I would have to call the manufacturer. She gave me the run around. I wondered if she pocketed the $. I purchased another tire else where. I let that slide. My a/c went out. I took my car there paying $300. It half way works. Again, I went to them. I do transports for special needs individuals. I have to have air. Again, the very rude woman had an attitude. She argued with me yelling I didn't buy my tires there. When she realized she was wrong she got even uglier. She said it wasn't their fault the air didn't work. They were not responsible. I decided to just leave. As I exited the door she yelled bye a few times. I turned around looking for a manager or the owner. I went into the bay area where she was talking about me to her coworkers. I asked for owners number and she wouldn't give it to me.
