A random certified RV Tech came to my RV and quoted me $500 to repair my slides that stopped working. I called Fallin's and asked for a mobile RV tech to come give a second opinion. They sent a tech named Kevin. Thank Goodness I called them because he fixed the problem in 10 minutes for more than half the savings of the quote from the prior tech! My camper slides were worked on at Fallin's RV. While they were being worked on, the slides were left partially open and uncovered. A large rain event occurred resulting in a lot of water being let in my camper. As a result, I am seeing significant damage to the cabinetry, fixtures, wall coverings, etc. Fallin's RV never told me about the event even up to paying for the repair work. They said they needed to pull the camper out due to the difficulty in maneuvering a camper through their lot. As this took a long time, I went back and saw a technician still working in the camper. I went to the camper door and the technician asked if I had been told about the water event. I said no and saw multiple fans running in my camper and dirt and filth all over the camper floor. It was clear Fallin's RV was trying to hide this from me with the hope I would leave with the camper to discover the water issue later. I talked with the owner (Nick DesJardins) who accepted blame and said he would see what he could do to repair or compensate me for the water damage. I found water damage on May 16th, 2025 at Fallin's RV. Since then, I have tried to contact the owner on his cell phone and business phone. The owner will not return my calls or messages. It is clear that Nick is not going to accept responsibility and be accountable for Fallin's RV's negligence resulting in water damage to my camper. The damage is extensive enough that my insurance company has totaled the camper. Fallin's RV states their labor rate is $105.00. What they do not tell you is that this is a labor rate per technician. So if your repair requires two technicians, they will charge you $210.00 labor rate. We just arrived at Cherokee NC yesterday when both our air conditioning and heating stop working. Since the air is on electric and the heating on propane we figured it had to be something with the thermostat. We're under warranty so we tried to call Thor and David also emailed them and texted them. Meanwhile I happened to see Fallin' RV on our way up to the RV Campground. By chance we took a ride and stopped by to see if they could help us. The owner and the mechanic diagnosed our problem in five minutes. It was a F1 fuse in the thermostat that blew and they replaced it and didn't even ask for a service charge. David tipped them and we got an extra fuse to take with us. It was a good thing because last night was very cold and rainy and today in the high 40's. We do have a small portable heater for emergencies! Thank you Fallin' RV for your help! read more

They told me there would be a service call of 90.00 they would come out to see what was wrong but there would be no work done at that time and the guy cane out to check there were 3 things wrong with it and I showed these things to the guy and he messed around for awhile and then charged an additional 1 1/2 hour I was told from the beginning it would be 90.00 and the rest of the work and parts would be turned in to the warranty dept. Forget the negative reviews. Nothing but positive experience here, in fact over and above. I came with a tricky electrical problem to diagnose in my class B van... They put their best guy on it and it took some time but we got the van charging again although we're not sure exactly how. With all of the testing and reseating of wiring harness etc., calls to the manufacturer, I spent over three hours there and I was charged nothing, much to my surprise! I think it was because the owner Nick decided it was their learning curve and the problem was solved for now, but it was still mysterious. So I can hardly convey my gratitude for that generosity. The technician was wonderful to work with and everyone there was pleasant and professional. I would certainly bring more business there and I recommend you do, too! They are sincere, competent, and fair. read more

Fallin's is an excellent place to purchase propane. They are very courteous and prompt to fill your tanks. Their prices is competitive and they sell by the gallon so you only pay for amount needed to top off the tank. I have purchased several repair items for my RV here. They have a good selection for the size of the shop. I don't have any experience or knowledge about Fallin's repair service but they do seem to always have a full lot of RV's waiting to be fixed. read more

The staff at Fallin's RV Center has taken very good care of two of our campers. They coated the roof on both of them after identifying and dealing with the source of the leaks. When one of the awning covers came with the wrong hardware, they wrangled with the supplier to get the right stuff. They have gone the extra mile for us and we're very pleased! read more

Worst customer service. They Stored our RV, it was Broken into both doors jimmied and wont lock, 2 Bicycles stolen,and our battery was stolen. The owner NICK said too bad,, not his fault it was broken into. I said it was because it was supposed to be secured he said it was but that was not his problem. Refused to drive 1 1/2 miles to bring a wrench or a screwdriver so we can close the door and lock it. Do not go to a place like Fallons they will take your money and never help you. Absolutely poor customer service. read more

Excellent! We live full time in our camper. They came out and assessed a leak issue that we had. When discovering the root of the problem, they suggested that the labor was simple enough to where (if my husband was handy) we could save money by doing the repair ourself. We still need to purchase the part but were told they likely carry it and if not they could order it for us. So we will definitely be purchasing the part through them. Very friendly and professional. Gave specific instructions that we could follow to fix the issue ourselves. If you have any issues with your camper I highly recommend going through Fallin's! read more

Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. They said in May that there was absolutely no problem with getting a new awning before I left in September. Not being from the area, I had no idea of the lack of professionalism of the two owners. I sure found out in August when they said they couldn't do the job because of parts not coming but had to take them to court for the insurance money that had already been paid to them in advance. They told the judge that I could use the parts and they would return the balance of the money. Well, when I went somewhere else, they had to reorder all the parts as a unit from Dometic so I ended up paying for some of the parts twice and I still haven't received the balance of the money from them. Buyer Beware. It's worth traveling to Asheville to get work done. read more

Took my Dometic thermostat in to them to buy buy an updated unit and was sold a new model ($79.99)....was told "it's direct replacement" from looking at model numbers on my old unit.....they even helped me decipher my wiring color code and drew a wiring diagram to supplement the one in the box. Should be easy replacement ? Wired it as instructed using both diagrams and thermostat wouldn't work. Checked voltage with meter, opened control box to check color coding of wires, and rechecked...still not working. Stopped by on my way out of town and talked to two guys....maybe one the owner and the other a technician. I asked if it's a bad thermostat or wrong thermostat and was told again its correct and I just wired it wrong. Scheduled a service call for the following week ($40 plus $100 and hour) since I figured they'd see what I did wrong and just put wires in the correct terminal since I couldn't figure out why this thing wasn't working. I figured a knowledgable tech could solve this in 10 minutes since everything was accessible and it's only 4+2 wires. I left camper open for technician and arrived at campground as he was finishing up. He had been there for two hours with one hour of his time spent on the phone with Dometic trying to figure out why this thermostat wasn't working properly. Turns out its not the correct thermostat....it's not a "direct replacement".....and will not work with my controller. The technician offered his apology since he knows I was told it was correct. He knows I wasted my installation time and troubleshooting time..... and his time and troubleshooting time.......all on a thermostat that couldn't possibly work in my system. He was going to talk to his boss and figure out how to bill me since they didn't fix my problem after 2 hours ,and the thermostat was purchased from them. I get a call yesterday and was told they adjusted my service call to one hour....so I owe them $45 for the call and $105 for the tech time......$160 total. They also won't accept a return on the wrong thermostat they sold me in the first place ($79.99). I have an electronics background and this install isn't rocket science. If I had a correct replacement it would have been a 10 minute job, and would have saved me 3-4 hours of Internet searching trying to figure out why the thermostat wasn't working. I'm out $245 and still have no working thermostat or apology from Fallin RV Center for selling me the incorrect part. Also, they told me my power supply has a "ripple" which is why they won't allow return of the new thermostat.....but they will allow a credit of its cost if I have them install a new inverter or 12v battery (battery removed when camper turned into park model) to mitigate the ripple. I replaced the faulty added capacitor in the inverter that took the place of the battery and power is now smooth. So they'll allow a return of a part they say I could have damaged if I book more work with them? Really? NOT HAPPY WITH FALLIN RV RIGHT NOW !!!! read more

Was camping in Cherokee, NC when the flush valve on the toilet in our travel trailer failed. I called Fallin's and, even with minimal information, they were able to give me repair/replacement options and an estimate on cost. They also said they'd have someone out there the next afternoon. That call was very reassuring in that it seemed they had a great idea of what was needed but I was worried that the estimate would be off because I had not gotten them some particular piece of info. Next afternoon the service truck rolled up. They had two toilets on board so that my wife could pick the color she wanted. During the install they told me they didn't like the way the lines were plumbed and needed to fix that. I thought the price was going to go up but what can I do? About 20 minutes later they were done and the final bill was within $5 of the estimate. I do not think I could have gotten this repair done at home at anywhere near this price. I was very happy. Then I tried the faucet in the kitchen and it was leaking like a sieve. I couldn't figure out how to fix it so I called Fallin's again. Next day the same two repairmen show up with a sample of faucets for replacement ($83 and up). But before they started replacing it they looked more closely at my faucet and with about 15 minutes of work repaired it. Final bill was the price of the service call ($65). In both cases the folks from Fallin's could have taken me for a lot more but, instead, they provided honest professional service that kept our vacation awesome. I cannot recommend Fallin's enough. read more
