During the initial part of the tow, the driver negligently ran into a live power line with my RV on the top of the flatbed. When this occurred, the driver asked if I would try and remove the live power line from the RV, which I refused. The power line was caught in the awning, and caused damage to my RV. Unfortunately, Nathan's Body Shop did not pay to have the damage repaired on my RV, instead referring me to the insurance of the property owner in which the power lines were located on, (who I am not affiliated with) causing a drawn out insurance process, which still is not complete. Nathan's Body Shop & Wrecker Service was unprofessional in handling this situation, compromised the safety of their customer, and damaged the RV they were towing.
