I recently purchased a 2025 Harley Road Glide, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. Tony Robinson (Sales Manager) and Chris Bradley worked hard to get me the best possible deal on my new bike and my trade. Tony found incentives I didn't even know existed, and he made a new Harley only slightly more expensive than a used one. No pressure, no haggling--just honest, friendly help. What really impressed me was how I was never rushed or pushed. I was encouraged to sit on and ride any bike I wanted, and Tony personally approved a longer test ride so my wife and I could be absolutely sure the Road Glide was the right fit. On a later visit, George helped me compare seats and answered more questions, and Matt was friendly and helpful as well. It's great to see the excellent service continue after the sale. In the parts department, Todd and Brian were extremely helpful and treated my wife and me with kindness and respect. Joe Ferguson in finance made the paperwork simple and explained warranty and maintenance options clearly. In apparel, Cora, Andi, and Jessie are always warm, patient, and welcoming. They make you feel like family the moment you walk in. And P-Nut, the detailing specialist, deserves special recognition--his work on cleaning, waxing, and ceramic coating is top-tier and shows real pride and craftsmanship. Knoxville Harley-Davidson is truly a family-oriented dealership where every department treats you right. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great Harley experience. I've had two HD's in the past: 1200 Sportster and Softail Deluxe. I was hooked, but not with just the bike but the entire Thunderhead Team. They were all so nice and GENUINE. I CANT recall all their names - I wish I had written them down. The main salesman I worked with was Dennis Bell. We talked forever and I really enjoyed talking with him ~ we exchanged numbers just in case I wanted to buy the bike. I wanted the bike so bad but just couldn't see spending the money. Dennis and I communicated via text on a pretty consistent basis. Dennis was very persistent but not annoying or pushy. He got a deposit on the bike that I wanted and he let me know. I had a feeling of relief ~ I'm off the hook. Dennis said, oh brother ~ we can get another just like that one for you ~ I laughed. I texted him Monday morning to see if the other party picked it up. He said no that they had decided not to buy and they headed home. I'm telling you ~ I did not sleep ~ could not get this bike out of my mind. Dennis and I continued texting after two or three days I told him I'm flying in to buy the bike. I flew in on a Saturday morning and out that afternoon. I'm having the bike delivered ~ 6 hours in this cold not for me. So, during the buying process everything was like a fine tuned Harley ~ their folks were all lined up and in position for the handoff to different departments: clothing, parts, etc. I have NEVER in my 40 years in Sales experienced the professionalism of this TEAM! I cant name them all and for that I am truly sorry because every single one of them in that dealership should be recognized. Even if I didn't meet with each one personally they ALL knew my name and the bike I was there for ~ incredible. After signing all the paperwork, David handed me a stick and above my head was a gong ~ I hit the thing and people clapped, blew horns on other Harley's on the floor and EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM CAME UP, SHOOK MY HAND AND CONGRATULATED ME. THEY WERE LIKE FAMILY AND HAD BECOME FAMILY AT THIS POINT. So, some honorable mentions: DENNIS BELL (SUPER SALESMAN), DAVID RUDDER (GM), TIM COWAN (CLOTHING), JAMES TREADWELL (PARTS), JOSH (REVIEWED ALL THE DETAILS OF THE BIKE ~ THE DUDE KNOWS BIKES and was EXTREMELY HELPFUL), JEFF (REVIEWED THE BIKE DETAILS ,TOO - HE KNOWS HIS STUFF, TOO), we connected my. Bluetooth and I introduced them to ZAC TOP - 'GUITAR' if you haven't heard the song give it a listen perfect sound on my new 2025 HD Street Glide; and last but not least ~ MS. BECCA (PULLED ALL THE CLOTHING AND PARTS TOGETHER AND RANG ME UP) ~ sweet lady and super helpful! She gave me a hug, too. Where did these folks learn this? Super professional, super nice, super genuine. I will definitely keep in touch with these guys and stop in when I'm in Knoxville for business. In closing, if you want a HD ~ make the trip to Thunderhead HD in Kodax, TN. BTW ~ they have two other locations ~ check them out! Pete, Richmond, Virginia

We had a very frustrating experience with No Limit Carts…read more The only positive thing I can say is that when my husband spoke with Josh, he tried to be as helpful as he could. Unfortunately, the lack of communication within the company seemed to leave him without the information needed to provide clear answers. We scheduled a pickup for our Icon golf cart in mid-March, and it was picked up on March 19. Over the next four weeks, my husband followed up multiple times and was told that a warranty claim had been submitted and they were just waiting to hear back from Icon. After getting inconsistent answers, I contacted another dealer out of state who told me this didn't sound right. So, I reached out to Icon directly. An Icon representative informed me they had been waiting for weeks on a simple photo from No Limit Carts to process the warranty claim--and had reached out multiple times without receiving a response. We asked No Limit Carts to send the photo, were told it would be done immediately, but it still wasn't sent. Fortunately, I had a photo and provided it myself, which allowed the claim to finally move forward. Once Icon received the photo, the warranty was processed and the part shipped within 3 days. Had No Limit Carts submitted the requested photo when it was first asked for (March 25), this likely would have been resolved in about two weeks. Instead, the process dragged out to over six weeks due to lack of follow-through. At that point, we lost confidence and asked for our cart to be returned so we could install the part ourselves. It was delivered 7 hours later than the scheduled time. We were originally quoted $150 for pickup/delivery and $120 for diagnostics but were charged $300.44. The Icon representative we worked with also indicated this level of delay and lack of response is not typical and recommended working with a different dealer in the future if possible. Overall, the experience was marked by: Poor internal communication Delays that could have been easily avoided Lack of follow-through on basic tasks Pricing that didn't match what we were told Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
