Everything . They are actually not a Harley Dealer anymore. I had to take my bike back multiple…read moretimes. My friend who works on motorcycles as a hobby finally fixed it. The people were nice but terrible service.

I got a 5k service here on my Road King. They broke a stud on my Big Sucker air cleaner. I had to…read morepay for the part they broke. Service was okay, Mike at the service desk didn't put in the right amount of time for the service, he put in an hour, not the 3.5 hours it takes to do the job, but since I was there they did the service. The price was good. Next, I brought my Sportster in because it was pouring gas out of the carb. Probably the float. I brought it in on a Thursday, they called the next Monday and said they "think" the carb needs to be rebuilt. I said okay. A week goes by, I go into the store to see what's up. Mike's not there, talk to Brandon I think, he says there is nothing on the computer on it. He checks, they have the rebuild kit but are waiting on the jet kit. So I leave and another week goes by and I go back, talk to Mike who is bs-ing with a buddy, and ask what is going on, he checks and says the jet kit is sitting at the parts desk but nobody in parts or service has given it to the mechanic. He says he'll go get it once he's done bulls**ting with his buddy. I say okay and leave. Another week goes by and I go in, Mike is out with COVID, so I talk to Brandon who is outside smoking, and ask what's up. He checks the computer and says they're waiting on the jet kit. I say Mike told me the week prior it was on a shelf in the parts department and that he was going to get it and give it to the mechanic. Brandon and I walk over to parts, the parts guy asks me my name, looks at the computer and says there is nothing for me. I say Mike said the jet kit is sitting on a shelf behind you. The parts guy looks and low and behold there's my jet kit. It's been sitting there a week and Brandon says we got to put your bike back on the schedule because no one but Mike knew the parts were there (why? I don't know), so Brandon says he'll put me on the schedule again and I might get my bike back anywhere from a couple of days from now to a week. This kind of crap is bad for business guys, I'm probably going to take my bikes to Wrecking Crew in Johnson City or the guys down in Kodak if this is the kind of competence your service and parts guys have.

Dropped 2022 CRF 450R off for valve adjustment, oil change, spoke tighten, exhaust gasket replace,…read moresee if oil around front sprocket residue from chain line or if the case is leaking, and an inspection to go over and see if it needs anything else. At drop off all this was discussed and talked about if it is going to be over $1500 give me a call, if not go ahead and fix it. I pick the bike up today (two weeks later). Pay the $1k + bill, they bring the bike out. I start looking it over. Looks like the valves were adjusted. But can't tell if the gasket is leaking or not bc there is fuel or something dripping from the bottom of the fuel tank onto the top of the engine. Look at the engine oil, looks good. Inspect the exhaust, looks like gasket was replaced, muffler is a little loose but nothing I can't tighten. Look at front spokes, a few seemed a little loose but better than they were. Back spokes were tightened but one was broken and not fixed or anything. Front sprocket was not cleaned or any signs of inspection done. Plastics were a little loose. But nothing I can't tighten. Start the bike, which it didn't start when I dropped it off, so the valves were done. Still can't tell if it is leaking bc what I assume is fuel leak from the tank or connection. Let it run while I strap it down, start to hear a little tap or slap in the top end. Shop manager claims they will honor their work if anything goes wrong. Hopefully it is fine. My personal experience was not good with this mechanic shop. I don't feel like I should have to go home and work on what I thought I just paid a shop to do.
