There have been repeated concerns regarding bullying, including obvious signs that have been reported by parents multiple times, yet there has been little to no meaningful action or communication about what is being done to address it. Parents should not have to repeatedly advocate for their children's safety or physically go into the school just to get a response. The Assistant Director has been particularly difficult to communicate with. There is very little proactive communication with parents, and it often feels like families are left to chase down answers rather than the administration taking responsibility for keeping parents informed. There are also concerns with the overall culture and professionalism. Some teachers seem more focused on being their students' friends than maintaining the structure, boundaries, and authority that children need from their teachers. Having a positive relationship with students is important, but being liked should never come before being a responsible educator. Another major concern is the quality of the food being served. We have seen or been made aware of food being served to children that was moldy or not completely cooked. This is not something that should ever be considered acceptable in a school setting. Families are expected to pay significant amounts, yet basic standards regarding the food children are being served do not always seem to be met. There are also concerns surrounding lunchroom practices. An aide, Tessa, has been observed rushing children out of the lunchroom before their allotted lunch time is over. The impression given is that this is being done so the lunch staff can be sent home earlier and the school can avoid paying additional hours. If that is in fact the reason, it is extremely concerning. Children should not have their time to eat shortened because of staffing costs or budget decisions. We chose this school because we trusted that our children would be safe, properly supervised, respected, and cared for. Unfortunately, our experience has left us questioning AGAIN whether those priorities are truly being upheld. There are some good people who care about the children, but the ongoing administrative and operational issues are too significant to ignore.

First, my son was going to a different preschool but due to change of schedules we had to find a full day preschool so we checked into Challenger. Mainly because putting him in a dayCare after his 3 hour preschool from his other school is never an option for us. I'd rather him go to an actual school where he can learn instead of a daycare. When doing our research some people made comments that a Challenger is very 'militant' and it's not fun and very strict, etc. We came here for a tour and it was fine. We decided to enrol him and a few days of being in school-WOW! Now that preschool is almost to an end my son feels sad. My son has changed big time. He's more confident now, extremely independent and most specially when I prepare his lunch he does NOT want me to put chocolates in his lunch box. He will tell me it's not healthy. Challenger really "challenges" the kids. They enhance the kid's skills, push them to be better and help them to be extremely smarter. I cannot even explain how much I love this school. My son will come home and talk about different dinosaurs, different kids of clouds etc. their curriculum is superv advance for a preschool and I love it! My son is super desciplined and it is something I love with Challenger. --- Challenger does not want you to bring treats and gifts during birthdays and Halloween or other occasions and they don't solicit which I admire. This goes to show that they are here to help kids and educate them. That's it. They are not here to collect anything that is not related to the kids' education. You do not need to be fancy and buy unecessary treats or gifts. --- EVERYONE knows my son and I mean everyone from msLisa and all the staff at the front desk to the director and all substitute teachers. They make the kids feel at ease that's for sure. They are very welcoming which helps kids to be excited to be here. --- they CARE period. I just had a baby and my son's teachers knew when I had it so the next day my son went to school they handed him their present for our baby. Now tell me, how will you not love this school? --- my son adores his teachers msAmy, msMiranda and msMelia. When we gave them a little something for Christmas you won't believe this, a teacher wrote my son a thank you card! Some teachers/schools they are not appreciative of that and it's like receiving a present for Christmas is just part of the game but not in Challenger. They really teach values to kids and even apply those values and be role models. I can go on and on but this school is amazing. My son can read and spell at the age of 4. Learning has become so easy for him ever since he started going to Challenger. We also talked about the possibility of going out of state or leaving the school if we enrolled him for kindergarten since they get the early enrollment discount. MsLisa explained to us that the refund will apply but outside the discount price which is understandable. What I am saying here is they are good at explaining details and fees and all that. This place is amazing and I've been recommending Challenger to my officemates who bring their kids to daycare because the price is comparable but you get more out of your money. The investment on your kids education and how they develop, Challenger is the place for that.

The 4-5 year old class has a stellar program for learning to read. My youngest starts Kindergarten today and is reading at a 1st grade level. I'm almost worried she's too far ahead of her peers! The only drawback to the school is the parking situation, the lot is just too small for the number of cars arriving at the same time. I understand they don't have a lot of control over that and we learned how to work with it. I recommend Learning Dynamics based on our experience!

They have made my kids feel safe and loved while teaching them a fantastic curriculum. I feel like both of my kids have a head start once they go into Kindergarten. On his second day, I received a message from his teacher stating that he was disrupting nap time, being noisy, and causing other issues. I understood that adjusting to a new environment can be difficult for young children, so I took their concerns seriously and worked with my son to reinforce quiet time. However, I continued receiving messages from his teacher daily, and it reached the point where I was anxiously anticipating another complaint. One day, I noticed his nap blanket was covered in leaves, as if he had been outside. When I asked him, he told me that he did his "quiet time" outside. When we inquired about this, the school denied it. Later, I was called into a meeting with the behavioral technician, Jessica Triptow. At the time, I had no idea about her legal troubles (you can google it) but in hindsight, knowing she was involved in my child's education is deeply unsettling. During the meeting, we were advised to enroll our son full-time to help him adjust to the routine. He was later moved to another class with a more patient teacher. During another meeting, I had the opportunity to review the classroom cameras and witnessed a disturbing incident where a teacher forcefully picked up a child who refused to go inside after playtime and dropped him roughly. Thankfully, the child was not an infant, but it was still highly concerning. Eventually, the school suggested that my son be evaluated for possible autism this recommendation was made by Jessica Triptow (which by the way, made it to the news for very disturbing reasons, you can google it) Shortly after, we were informed that he could not return unless we provided a classroom "shadow" at our own expense, so basically paying another person to do their job . This entire experience was frustrating, stressful, and deeply disappointing. In retrospect, I am relieved that we decided to remove our child from this location. I have since spoken to other parents who shared similar concerns about this center. While I hope other locations uphold higher standards, I cannot in good conscience recommend this one. I initially had high expectations, but unfortunately, our experience was nothing like what we had hoped for. Another shady thing is that they hide their google reviews, I guess I should've seen those red flags.

The principal and office staff are awesome. What not to expect: a babysitter or a nanny that takes care of your kids for you, or for teachers to roll-over because your kid is "special" and shouldn't have to do homework or behave in class.
