Luckily, we thought of yelp and we were able to find Elias from mobile notary management. It was around eight in the morning when we called and he said he would be available at 10 AM. We needed six signatures and he was able to accommodate all of us for the documents. He managed to answer our questions, explained the services he provided ie apostille, notary. After all was said and done, he did his job and left. However, we siblings screwed up on one of the papers, we called him an hour after he left to explain that we needed him again. He was gracious enough to help us and drive back to my brother's house and redo the process. If you ever need mobile notary, choose this business. Elias is fast, quick, knowledgeable and 100% helpful.

First off she has a attitude, then she takes 25 minutes to type from a simple live scan form, literally one letter per minute. The shocker was when she literally grabbed my hand and rolled my prints herself. I didn't want her touching me and when I told her, she got aggregated and told I can't tell her how to do her job alongside how it was the "law" that she had to hold my hand and roll my prints herself. I have had this done over 20 times and not once have I had this experience. I'd skip this location and go to another one, unless you like getting grabbed by the older lady working behind the desk with dreads

Extremely Disappointed -- UPS Store in Hercules…read more This was one of the most disappointing and expensive shipping experiences I've had. Today, I took a 7-pound package to the UPS Store in Hercules to ship to New Jersey using Priority service. I was quoted approximately $350 for shipping. The cardboard box was another $11, plus $4 for packing tape. I decided not to ship it there and took the same 7-pound package to the U.S. Postal Service. For Priority service to the same destination, USPS charged me only $56. $56 compared with $350 is an enormous difference! That is nearly $300 more for essentially the same shipment. Because of this experience, I will not use this UPS location again. I strongly recommend that my neighbors and others in Hercules compare prices with USPS and other shipping services before paying at this location. Very disappointing experience, especially considering how much cheaper the same package was through USPS.

I wasn't really expecting much because, in general, it's unrealistic to assume you can get same-day service, especially if someone travels to various appointments. Simarjit was friendly, conscientious, and considerate (even asking if he needed to take his shoes off). The whole process was quick, maybe 15-20 minutes. The total cost for one signature was $80, and he did accept credit card. My guess is that the price varies based on where you're located and how many signatures you need notarized. Overall, I had a great experience, so if I ever need to get anything notarized again, I would definitely use Simarjit again.
