They have been working for 3 days now and seem to be replacing probably ¼ of my roof. We'll see how it goes, but so far I'm happy with the way things are going. Adjusting my rating. NOT happy so far. We got a new roof by Schaefer in 2021 because of leaks and we have had 3 leaks so far since our new roof. We just now discovered our 3rd. We're going to get a 3rd party inspection done and then possibly explore legal options. They were the highest bid, but we went with them because we thought they would do a good job (from past experience).

So now I have a massive felled tree in my backyard that I have to clear before a birthday party this weekend. They even fluffed the grass back up at the end of the day that had been tracked down over the course of getting the tree out. I was told that contractor would be at my residence at 12:30pm today on 4/18/25 and it is now 3:19pm and still no one is here. I had to call Roof Masters to get confirmation that he was running late from his last project and and did not communicate with each other on reasons why they are running late. I had to take 1/2 day off work waiting on them to arrive. After talking to them they told me the same lie as the did last time that the contractor was on his way and said it would be another hour before he even arrives. I don't have all day waiting on someone to arrive at my residence. I then told them to just cancel the order and give me back my deposit and they refused to refund me. We had this company come clean our house windows back in November of 2022. After they cleaned our…read morewindows we noticed circular scratches in a few of our windows. We told the guy while he was here and he said we would need to talk to the boss. The boss didn't want to hear it. He kept saying "we don't scratch windows." They also said they had just come from a construction site. He got on the phone with my husband and was very belligerent. After he calmed down, he said he would come look at the windows on a sunny day. He has yet to come look at the windows. I have texted his number several times and have gotten no response. He is not very professional in my opinion. I don't know how you can say you don't scratch windows when there is a first time for everything and you had just come from a construction site and your tools were probably dirty. After reading his response, I reiterate how unprofessional he is.
