They have been working for 3 days now and seem to be replacing probably ¼ of my roof. We'll see how it goes, but so far I'm happy with the way things are going. Adjusting my rating. NOT happy so far. We got a new roof by Schaefer in 2021 because of leaks and we have had 3 leaks so far since our new roof. We just now discovered our 3rd. We're going to get a 3rd party inspection done and then possibly explore legal options. They were the highest bid, but we went with them because we thought they would do a good job (from past experience).

They sent someone to the home and he took pictures and measurements and said he would get back with me on a quote. i called 2 times per week for 3 weeks asking, actually begging for the quote so i could get it to my insurance company and finally 3 weeks later i received a phone call that they could not help me, with no explanation as to why? if you didn't want to offer a quote then say so in the beginning don't come to the address take pictures tell me you are working on a quote then make me and my insurance co wait 3 weeks and then say sorry we cant help you!!! bad company here my advice to those reading this stay away there are other vendors in Piqua, troy and Sidney area you can use.

They did the job on time and within the quote given to me. The second time was just a month or so ago in my second home I'm Troy. The flashing around my chimney was leaking and they tore off the old flashing and installed new flashing. Again, they did the repair quickly and charged me within the quote. I also asked them to quote on an attached shed to my new place. Unfortunately their quote was way too high and I selected another firm. I'd recommend this business with the caveat that competitive quotes would also be recommended.

They did an excellent job and Dannie stayed until the job was finished at 7pm in the dark and in the rain. Quality workmanship, they came when the said they would and worked diligently.
