Abner (513) 578-8017 Organizer, Declutter, Housecleaning WONDERFUL!…read more They did an excellent job on house, garage, laundry room, basement and 16x22shed. Proffessional, respectful, patient, understanding, on time. They knew what to do and took off. All I had to do was sit in a chair and say I'll put that on eBay, I will consign this. I want to donate that and the rest is rubbish.

Marysol and her team did work on our house. We had bathroom remodel and had a lot of dust upstairs…read more We also have five animals so there is a lot of dust and animal hair all the time. Marysol came by to check the house, gave the quote. We scheduled right away. They came by 10 minutes before the start time. They cleaned throughly and do a great job. House smells like house again. The price is extremely reasonable and the final price and quote was not much different. No hidden fees or anything. They will send you a contract, a cleaning list to go over. Overall did a great job and we are happy with their work.

I can't say enough good things about this company and the way they do business. I am in residential…read moreconstruction sales and management in California and used them to remodel an investment property of mine in Dayton. First, they picked up their phone first call, and were nothing but responsive, transparent and informative throughout the job...which is rare these days. Brian was the lead for my project, and was phenomenal in his CRM and management. Second, they were fair with pricing, and never tried to hit me with change orders or excuses...again, rare these days. Third, Brian and his crew pushed hard to meet timelines and get things wrapped before the holidays...which was a game changer for keeping my tenants happy and buttoned up tight to enjoy their Christmas. Bottom line, if you're looking for a solid crew with no surprises or BS, look no further. I have found my go to resource in Dependable Construction, and am actively referring them to our fellow investment groups. Thank you Brian and crew!

We needed some repairs on our cedar siding and shed, plus painting of siding, shed, and doors…read more I would recommend Litehouse for exterior painting and repair. I requested a quote on line and got a call-back within a day. We met with Blaine and he walked us through their process, discussed what we wanted and what Litehouse could do. He took pictures of the repairs and we had a quote within 24 hours. They were able to paint/repair about 1 1/2 weeks later after we accepted the quote. They were great about telling us when they were going to be out at the house and would let us know when they arrived, when they were leaving, and status of the work. All of the personnel were great to work with. Good value - their bid was within a couple $100 of all other painters. Would highly recommend!
