What's more, to make sure everything was well and truly addressed, the boss himself stopped by on his way to a birthday party to offer a little oversight, hands-on assistance, and some on-the-job staff training. Sterling ended up pumping my tanks, which was fine, but there was no charge for the extra service call, which was even better, and everything was resolved by 6:00 PM.
