Called and talked to Lisa (super friendly, helpful, and down-to-earth) who found an appt for me a day and a half later (so I could avoid the emergency call out fee). Moe (super knowledgeable, nice, patient, and efficient) came out and troubleshot everything (the alarm, timer, the sag in the piping into the tank), repaired it and now it's all good to go!
