The crew at Ros-Elum has been amazing for me. They have very responsive communication in the office and in the field. They handle my weekly hot-tub service and I have been very pleased. When I have guest leave it a mess, Larry or one of the guys is out there super quick. This is truly what rental hosts need on occasion and I REALLY appreciate them for that. Very grateful to have them on my team. read more

We had new carpet with a large area stained with red wine. We were sure the carpet would need to be replaced but decided to have Ros-Elum Services take a look at it. They felt confident their special extraction process would be able to get the stain out. They found a time in their schedule to get to it the very next day as time is critical with a red wine stain. Their process was very impressive and sure enough the stain came out completely, we are absolutely thrilled we didn't have to replace the carpet. We would highly recommend Ros-Elum for any of your carpet cleaning needs. With the care and speed of which they took care of our problem we plan to use their other services as well! read more

It pains me to say this, but the quality of cleaning went seriously downhill, especially after the previously-mentioned Rachel stopped working for them, and we quit using their services. I mean, I know cleaning is not a fun job (which is why we hired them in the first place), but when I'd come home and wonder what they cleaned, besides the floor (which I could tell had been cleaned), it didn't seem worth it. I had to specifically ask them to clean the mold off the shower grout, for instance, and that seemed like a pretty obvious thing to clean. Sometimes I like posting bad reviews of businesses, but not this time, because I genuinely loved their service at first and was sad when it stopped being worth the money. We did consider talking to the boss to express our dissatisfaction, but ultimately we were not comfortable with the idea of people coming into our house when we weren't home, after they'd gotten in trouble for not cleaning our house well enough. I don't need anyone resentfully cleaning in there when I can do that myself for free. read more

After having construction done at my cabin in Cle Elum, I hired Ros-Elum Cleaning Services to come out and clean the carpets. Not only did our carpets have construction dirt and footprints ground in, but also regular "pathway" dirt and a few cat urine stains. Mark, one of the owners, came out to do our job and I was so impressed with how professional the team was, their truck with all the equipment and how careful they were. I wasn't able to be there when they first arrived and from all the great things I had heard about this company, I felt very comfortable leaving the door unlocked for them. I definitely can't say that about a lot of contractors in these parts. Anyway, they did a great job, got all the stains out and made my carpet look clean and smell fresh again. I plan on having them come out every 6 months now and I'd also like to start using their house cleaning services. Thanks Ros-Elum! read more

I have used this company several times for residential house cleaning. They have great options for those on a budget as well as a full all house cleaning service. They always leave my house looking clean, smelling clean and deep cleaned. I have spoke with the ladies while they were in my house and they are extremely professional and kind. My husband and I just moved out, I have them my budget and they kept the move out clean around our budget! They also have a carpet cleaning service so we were able to hire them for both, Very helpful. I would highly recommend them if you are in the area. read more

Ros Elum is awesome! I have used a couple of other cleaning companies in the Cle-Elum area and none hold a candle to Ros-Elum's quality, customer service and attention to detail. We recently had a problem with the mirror in our bathroom and not only did the cleaners save the mirror, Ros-Elum promptly called a handyman to repair the mirror. I am so greatly for them! read more

Ros-Elum has been cleaning my home for two years and they are great. The ladies working for them are very thorough and personable. They welcome special requests and even got my daughter to start picking up her own room. We have recommended them to our friends looking for cleaners. The owner is very responsive and regularly checks in to see if things are going well. This is a great company. read more

I highly recommend Ros-Elum Cleaning Services. We have a family vacation home (which we also rent) and searched to find a reliable partner to coordinate and prepare our home after each visit. Since we live an hour-plus away, it was a real test for us to trust things could be done (right) and on schedule. In the six months (and moderate to high use) we've been with Ros-Elum CS, they have met and exceeded the level of service we require to feel at ease. (I'm a worrier, fwiw!) I could have waited a year before writing this review, to be prudent, but for anyone like me, blindly looking for home services, a review can be so helpful. Here are some of my observances: Ros-Elum strives to be customer-focused service Flexible - willing to clean full home or "freshen-up" Above-average cleaning detail; caters to areas I request Reasonable service fees Good communication (They keep notes of any broken items, home damage, estimated # of visitors, etc.) Friendly staff Danica, in the office has been extremely responsive and makes great effort to coordinate specific requests, for which I am grateful! So far, so good... read more

First visit today. My house is spic and span. Laurie and Jess did an amazing job! They were on time, professional did not forget one detail. I am getting a quote to clean carpets and furniture in the near future. I look forward to having them back as scheduled for housekeeping and highly recommend Ros-Elum Services. read more

This was the worst service. I asked for a deep clean for a place we bought and it was like they just did a simple wipe down, no elbow grease. I had them come back out and pointed out what obviously wasn't cleaned. They kinda cleaned it, not to the fullest. When I started unpacking my kitchen I saw all kinds of grime not touched or barely touched. I used some bleach and a scouring pad and it came off. Isn't that what I paid for??? When I sent pictures before I cleaned what the cleaners didn't and after I cleaned they still insisted I paid them for the cleaners time. Time of doing what? Not cleaning!! I spent 8 hours cleaning caked on dust on top of cabinet doors & drawers, scrubbing off grime in cabinets, on the doors and drawers. There were several areas untouched, including the bottom oven drawer. There was a huge spill from previous owners inside a cabinet that I don't understand how they missed it. The reason I paid for them to do a deep clean is so I didn't have to. So hear I was, after paying almost $500, cleaning what they didn't. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!! read more

She was on top of it and responded quickly. I haven't used them yet but could appreciate their response time and professionalism.

Tanner just finished cleaning the carpets in our cabin. They were unbelievably dirty. Also, we are putting this cabin on the market next week so they had to be incredibly clean. They look brand new! I can't say enough good things about this cleaning service. read more

I hired Ros Elum Cleaning Services to do our carpets after hours as not to interfere with business hours. They where very considerate to my needs. Not only was the carpet cleaner very professional, he was considerate, and understanding. Our office is very full, and he was helpful in how the job was done. At last minute, I asked if he'd consider cleaning fabric chairs. He was very nice and said there was no problem. I would highly recommend Ros Elum for carpets or furniture. They are very fast, efficient, and pleasant to work with. read more
