I would highly recommend the community lighthouse not only for restorative therapy but maintenance therapy to deal with the every day experiences that have become normal in our society. Thank you!! When we questioned this approach, our child's therapist of four months (Marla) immediately dropped our child's case and closed her file, meaning we couldn't try another therapist or get a referral to another practice. My advice to new patients would be to get a really good idea of what the therapy is, and whether that it will provide a safe environment for your child. Unfortunately, it was not safe for our child, and I wish I had learned that sooner.

The scheduler, Jeannie, was awful. I asked for a new therapist (wasn't connecting properly with my…read morecurrent one), and for whatever reason, she told that therapist and wanted me to talk to her. Why would you do that? That's so awkward and unnecessary. Just set me up with a new therapist, and if you can't find one, let me decide how to proceed. I confronted her (calmly) and in her most syrupy voice she told me she was only looking out for me...she apologized, sort of, but the kind of apology where she explains why she's right. she couldn't find a new therapist, but most humane coordinators would understand to call the patient first and ask how to proceed. I had wanted to see the therapist a few more times until I could get someone new, now I am unable because I'm unwilling to have an awkward confrontation with a person I already feel doesn't understand me. However, I had a nice few months with a different therapist before this, who was pretty good at listening and making observations.

Concentra, Labcorps and all the other labs have waiting rooms and you can walk to the parking as many times as you like. The misinterpretation of the rule is another indication of the incompetence that's run rampant in this business. No, this bad experience didn't hinder me in any way, I was employed when I was held captive here and was employed when I was freed. NEVER EVER in my 30 years of professionally driving and testing have I gone to a testing facility where I had to be buzzed in and locked in. If you drivers don't believe this isn't the norm leave this go around town to Concentra, Labcorps, and any reputable testing facility. This is one facility that I believe fell through the cracks of federally licensed facilities that have a standard to meet. After my experience with them, I went to. Reputable company and took a test that day. They provide a box for your possessions, but that box isn't secure and have no lock. The company I went to after leaving this prison, had a lockbox and I was given the key as I went to the restroom to provide a specimen. In this thread I've provided at three reasons for you to take your business elsewhere. Giving this company 1 star would be misleading, and - stars isn't and option, so I'm forced to give at least one star. But know a negative 5 would be my rating if it were available.

When I got there, I was told Jacqueline Rodgers was not going to treat me if I didn't become part of a membership program of $70 per month. That was NOT what they told me over the phone.
