PlEASE do yourself a favor and do not go see this woman!!!! Under her care, she prescribed me a very serious medication that had to be monitored very carefully. I had horrendous side effects and I tried to contact her for over a month and she refused to call me back. I couldn't walk, talk, think, make decisions, go to work and I was shaking so bad that I couldn't do anything with my hands. My brain was going toxic and she refused about me. I called her secretary repeatedly and begged her to have this woman call me back, but she refused. I have never heard of anyone prescribing such serious medication and not feeling responsible to monitor that person. When she I finally did get to talk to her, she told me to go see a neurologist. I should have listened to the other reviews. I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. I retract my positive review below. I feel it's my due diligence to update my story. I had a 1:20 telemedicine appointment. Jane is notoriously late, usually a half hour, to every appointment. I waited online until 1:50. (Full 1/2 hour). The office called and said she was backed up and to wait. I waited one full hour - 2:20 - and gave up. The office called me at 4:00 and said she was ready.I was cooking dinner and said I couldn't take the call. They told me I was being charged a $50 "no show fee". I said ok I'll get back on. 9Halting all meal prep). I waited online for her again until 4:30. She never showed for the telemedicine appointment; Never sent me a new link. I never got my appointment. In order to see Jane again I must pay the $50 'no show' fee. I waited one full hour and I'm not a no-show. I don't want to go back. I suggest you read the reviews and make a decision for yourself, like I did. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Be advised if looking for mental health care this is NOT the right place. Took my daughter there after she had been in-patient. She was required to have a psychiatrist upon discharge and Jane Hardwick was the only one available. We tried to make this work, but the level of care was TERRIBLE. She over medicated my daughter to the point she was vomiting constantly and would sleep through all her classes. She did not listen when I brought this up. Just wanted to add another medication. She was at least 45 minutes late for every single appointment. She doesn't even seem to have proper knowledge of what she is doing and how to properly treat patients. As soon as we were able to get my daughter in with some one else we were gone. Will NEVER go back Office staff is indifferent, improperly trained, and rude. They don't seem to have a understanding of HIPAA compliance as several times while we waiting in their tiny waiting room they gossiped about Dr. Hardwick, her patients, and each other. I heard all about one patient she was currently seeing at that moment. They didn't care at all that anyone in the waiting could hear them discussing this patient. I work in health care and this was an absolute violation of HIPAA. read more

Don't go here! She is the WORST psych provider I've ever had in my entire life. I saw her for years and hated every time I had to go into that god forsaken office. Expect to wait at LEAST 30-50 minutes AFTER your appointment time. She never once saw me on time. She doesn't care about you or your time. Over $300 to see her for maybe 10 minutes. She doesn't tell you about side effects you'll experience on the meds she gives you. She'll watch you cry and breakdown and just be like "Oh, it's ok!" TERRIBLE!!! If you need to see a provider and it's an emergency, go to Kaseman ER. You'll be admitted to the psych ward but THEY CARE AND WILL HELP YOU!! I had to do this in order to get a new psych provider. Now I have a great guy that gives a heck about me and took me off ALL the AWFUL meds she put me on without telling me how fat they'd make me. I'll never forgive her for what she put me through. Jane Hardwick has not called me back since I called last week. I have been getting directions from her front desk help Pauline and Jennifer. When asked to communicate with the office, I was given a Gmail address which is not HIPPA protected. When I asked for Jane Hardwick's email, I was told it was a Yahoo email. That is a violation of HIPPA!! The front desk told me that the emails do not leave the office. I am a victim of identity theft from hacking. My information never left that office either. What a comfort. I was told that Jane Hardwick left a message for me which she never did. I asked to speak with her and was told by the front desk I could not. When I said I would like an earlier appointment, I was told there were no available spots. I was given a sleep medication that did not work and had a horrible reaction when taken off the medication I was on. Now, I am being treated badly and dismissed by the office and not even prescribed a new medication or allowed to come in to speak with Jane Hardwick. I also thought she was a medical doctor and she is not. I have been calling her Dr. Hardwick and never corrected. Let's first start with THIS IS A MENTAL HEALTH CLINIC.. right? I'm not so sure. I have really bad depression and anxiety and have a hard time getting out. The receptionist decided to talk to me and basically reprimand me for not making it. (I could not get out of bed). Second when I felt up to finally going in they wanted to charge me a $50 fee for missing my apt. BTW I told them why I couldn't make it ahead of time and they said they won't release my prescription without payment. This is NOT a mental health clinic this is a money making business. I waited months for this appointment and arrived 5 minutes early, only to wait for 45 minutes (BTW, if you have allergies or sensory issues with scents, don't even go in. My eyes burned the entire time I was there due to excessive fragranced products being used.) When I asked if the NP, Jane Hardwrick, knew that I was there for my appointment, the 2 women at the desk - who are obviously practicing weaponized incompetence - looked confused and seemed to have no idea who I was, even though I had checked in and had been sitting not even 5 feet away for almost an hour. I explained my appointment was 45 minutes ago and asked again if the NP knew I was there. They proceeded to tell me that "it depends on how long the person before you needs because sometimes they're long appointments." Well, if I was given an appointment then the patient before me should be taken care of before my appointment time, right? Isn't that how appointments work??? When I said that I got a bunch of doublespeak and then they said "well she works on her own schedule." So apparently if you make an appointment with Jane Hardwrick, it doesn't matter what time you're scheduled for, and you will just have to sit and wait for who knows how long for her to get around to seeing you. I left after waiting for almost an hour. I don't know how anyone who works in mental health care can be so cavalier about treating their patients. Looking over past reviews it looks like Jane Hardwrick specializes in making patients' lives harder, including refusing to refill medications unless a patient takes a bad review down, which is just plain despicable. Only the lowest of the low would hold someone's meds for ransom. I bet the NM Attorney General would like to hear about her cancellation fees that are payable only in non-taxable CASH! This place needs more people like Amanda! I had the pleasure of working with her in this office for a week before leaving due to experiencing a HOSTILE work environment. The girl up front Rochelle is rude, manipulating, not kind, creates drama, lies, and makes employees leave the company on the account that they are not "treating her well." Which is more lies. The reason why employees keep leaving that job and they are going through so many people for no reason is her. ROCHELLE IS THE PROBLEM. After being lied about, talked behind my back, not getting to say my side of things, being over talked, having my words twisted to where it was my word against hers and blind sided by things that didn't even happen I had no choice but to leave. CY Dr. Kim is an excellent medication management provider that puts the patient first. His employees greet you with comfort from the time they arrive to the time you leave. The front staff will work even with difficult individuals, as evidence from some of the commentaries referring to them as animals. Yup, they are definitely dog and pet friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to get better. read more

My brother was a patient of Doctor Kim. When he had a psychotic break, we called 911 and they refused to take him for treatment because he had to accept treatment. Unfortunately, he was not grounded in reality and refused help. Police explained that his psychiatrist (Doctor Kim) would need to sign for him to get treatment. We called Doctor Kim who had an extremely rude receptionist (her name was Megan) say "he wont talk to you on the phone. you need an appointment. he talks to patients with appointments only." We explained the emergency and that we couldn't wait days for help. She said she couldn't help us and was extremely uncompassionate to the entire situation. Doctor Kim changed all of his medication 2 weeks before this incident which is most likely the cause of the psychotic break. If you are seeking treatment, do not use Doctor Kim, the fact that he doesn't acknowledge or assist in psychotic crisis emergencies is outrageous. read more

I agree with Sylvia and Rasha. This is a very unprofessional establishment. Dr. Kim prescribed me very highly addictive medications that I myself did not become addicted to, but learned of this information after seeing another healthcare provider because Dr. Kim continued to dismiss my concerns that I was having about my medication. He stares at his computer the entire time and barely acknowledges your existence. I have spoken with other psychiatrists about this and they have agreed that the way he practices is VERY UNETHICAL. Today I'm extremely disappointed to right this place is not about mental health or healing. This NP Jane Hardwick like Dr. Kim before her is only interested in the changing of our insurance benefits. The so-called appointments are nothing more than a 15 min talk about is you meds ok are they working. Nothing about health or mental health. I have been with my meds for over a week, I tried to get appointments to get it refilled. I was told I'm a new because of Dr. Kim's staff not being forthcoming with records. Jane Hardwick was my last Prescribing physician. Today I was told she can only see me as new pat, and can't see me because I need to come in a fill out paperwork, paperwork they should already have.I'm physically sick because I haven't had my meds, the NP Hardwick won't refill even a seven day supply so I can get to the office be seen and work. I agree with Rasha's review. Dr. Kim office operates like a crook. Took a month to see him then after the first visit asked him for better meds for my sons adhd he gave me some meds for ppl who are bipolar and have ptsd. These pills did not work so we went back and he told us he didn't feel comfortable giving him the same meds he has been on for several years. He then told us to find someone else and never come back! How rude and unprofessional. This is by far the worst place we have ever had the displeasure of going to. DO NOT COME TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT! The office manager who is affiliated with the psychologist (as either girlfriend or wife), is the epitome of disgrace! She has no customer service skills and should not work with humans. Not even dogs. An embarrassment. The psychologist himself seems to have a behavioral health issue himself, (which is not a fault)but he does not run his staff well. He also does not titrate medication appropriately.
