My son's therapist was good. She went on leave recently and Pegasus did not bother to follow-up…read morewith continuing his therapy. I reached out and did not get a call back until 4 weeks later, and only after I submitted my termination of care to them. Then the owner Wendy called, no apologies, she just said "So you found a new therapist for your son" I indicated "no", and asked her if she had gotten my letter terminating care. The owner responded with a "yes". That is all she said. That shows that she has no clue the importance of child therapy or cared for my child's therapy. I would go elsewhere, never Pegasus Therapy.

I had horrendous side effects and I tried to contact her for over a month and she refused to call me back. I couldn't walk, talk, think, make decisions, go to work and I was shaking so bad that I couldn't do anything with my hands. My brain was going toxic and she refused about me. I called her secretary repeatedly and begged her to have this woman call me back, but she refused. I have never heard of anyone prescribing such serious medication and not feeling responsible to monitor that person. When she I finally did get to talk to her, she told me to go see a neurologist. The only reason why I was having problems is because of the medication that she prescribed me. She does not care about you!!

Staff were all extremely nice and understanding. That and the comfortable accomodations made a…read morerough time in my life a little smoother. The group and individual therapy was very helpful and gave me a lot of tools to keep sober. Going there and getting clean was the best choice in my life.

They made my family member's detox relatively painless and helped him with the tools to cope with his anxiety. By the time he was released from the program, he was a whole new person. The program is full of intensive work, but they have a lot of fun too.
