Seeking and securing the appropriate home insurance policy may not generally be considered a fun activity, but interacting with the exceptional team at this agency has always been a joy. Ms. Khushpreet Kaur has handled our transactions at Tom's agency, and she has to be the standard by which other agents would be judged. Khushpreet is always exceptionally knowledgeable, competent, and eager to help. Beyond her industry expertise, Khushpreet is a pleasure to work with. I had numerous questions, sometimes technical, and she was ready with a useful and thoughtful answer. She is also proactive, looking ahead to potential coverage and policy issues and taking pressure off of us, in what could otherwise be a stressful or confusing experience.
