The 2nd mtng. we find out he already put in all of it in funds we didn't authorize. When we tried to get him to put it all back in a money mkt. acct. he wouldn't do it. A supposed full service account,…read morethat I had not talked to my advisor in years, that they let rack up over $400 in fees without ever sending out an invoice or making a phone call. 3 years between attempted contact. Would not have realized what was going on until I finally got smart and moved my money. That took over 2 months to complete. And find out then that there were extra fees. Now that there has been an issue with moving my account the advisor is blowing up my phone "making sure I understand". Finally getting down to the finish line in sight I find out that there could be ANOTHER $125 fee to terminate my account.
