208 E Francis Ave, Spokane, WA 99208, United States this location was horrible. I was very…read moredispleased. I'm in a very sensitive situation, I had limited options, have already been to the ER and the ER are the ones who referred me to ideal option, as an option to get a taper. I called and explained my whole situation and the people I talked to with this establishment made it seem like they totally work with what I was going through. They were happy to write down all my info and take my money. Then I get to my video appointment and the lady was not only not sympathetic, she was blunt and rude and told me she can't do anything because I wasn't "addicted" even though I'm going through withdrawals (I don't see the difference) and told me it was an ER situation even though that's where I came from. I never cry and I've done nothing but cry today. Worst experience I've ever had. I Also drove 3 1/2 hours after talking to everybody and confirming I would have care. It's Friday I could've had other options but now everyone is closed. I have 3 days of medication left and now I will probably have to go to the ER. She said they don't prescribe because benzo withdrawals are dangerous. I had a protocol mapped out and an ER visit to show I was stable. Now I will run out of medication and that is what's dangerous. Do not use this place.

As far as my overall experience with this particular location..I have been over the moon with the…read morecare I've received, but moreso the respect that I've been given no matter why I'm there. They never make me feel bad.. Not ever. I love my provider (I sure hope you know who you are) not sure if I'm allowed to name people with HIPPA and all)and her care team.. they have always been amazing and never treat me less and they never treat me like garbage just because "big pharma bit me in the butt long ago. It's hard and we don't need to be judged, and this particular location, had never made me feel bad for where I've been.. It's about where you're trying to go. ON A HUGE SIDE NOTE.. regarding Ideal Options/Cordant Pharmacy.. and Cordant is not responsible for this part.. But it is unfortunate news... They started having an in-house pharmacy to dispense meds... And the location I have been going to got the pleasure of having one of the most amazing ladies I've ever had to give me these type of meds.. Cause really, we do get hella Judged at a typical pharmacy, and we really don't need that shit)... Not sure if I'm allowed to name people, but just out of respect, I won't, just in case, but she would know who I'm talking about.. if one day she gives my permission to use her name...I will damn sure give her the credit she is due... Anyway.. We all got the great convenience to get our meds without judgment in our Ideal Options offices.. If anyone is like me, it's hard enough to stay straight, so it's important that things kinda stay familiar... Because after all, we are creatures of habit.. now I'm not saying some people won't acclimate. But I for one am gonna really miss my Cordant Pharmacy gal. She is spectacular and just amazing.. Ideal Options is TRULY LOSING AN ASSET.. This Girl right here... Is really fuckin pissed about it.. #SAVE CORDANT PHARMACY WITH IDEAL OPTIONS .... PRETTY PLEASE.

For me, I have always been treated really well here. Yeah, sometimes there is a wait, but I went to kindergarten and learned to wait my turn, and I don't automatically assume my health issue is more important than the rest of the world. You people need to grow up and be grateful anyone still wants to work in healthcare these days. Anyway, I have been here for emergencies, lab work, and scheduled procedures. I have always been treated kindly with proper attention to my needs at the time. While I hope no one ever has to go to the hospital, I hope you go to Valley because other hospitals in the area really aren't great.

While waiting in the lobbyshe needed to lay down so she could breathe easier, I asked the girl at the desk if they could let her lay down and she says they have nowhere unless she wanted to lay down on a row of chairs in the lobby they came and took her to triage and did a CT scan, then brought her back out to the lobby she asked the girl from triage (who was sleeping and obviously passed about being woke up) to take her to the row of chairs to lay back down when she pushed my moms wheel chair over she said very snotty you have oxygen on so watch what you are doing no helping her to lay down and walked away WTF SOrry if we bothered you people I thought this was your job for some odd reason we didn't get any care we left

I expected kind caring people. Instead the moment I walked into the door they took my things, they made me undress to be sure I didn't have weapons or drugs and they checked EVERYWHERE it was humiliating . We were told when to sleep and eat. When you try to ask a question the answer was NO before they even knew what the question was about. I had a roommate that slept all day due to detoxing and watched tv all night. They were going to give me ear plugs and mask so that I would not be disturbed. Phone calls are allowed on Tuesday Thursday and Saturday. I was having an emotional moment on Wednesday night and was allowed to call my husband. The call lasted 3 minutes. Because of this call my Thursday call was taken away. I felt like and was treated like I was there as a punishment. The pictures on the website are inaccurate. The ping pong table you see can only be used during smoking time. Which I don't smoke. The police had to be called because a patient went on a rampage. We were made to stay in our rooms that do not lock. I was afraid for my life. When I decided to leave they were all nice to me trying to convince me to stay. When I would not give in they I was told that my insurance would not pay for the week I was there and that no other therapist would ever take me. The. They packed my things and made me wait in the outside hall for an uber ride since they would not take me to the airport where I had to wait 41/2 hours for my flight.

But this definitely is not a trauma treatment center and the staff is not trauma informed. I've never heard of a trauma treatment center allowing clients to watch violence on TV. Staff exposed personal health information to clients. Staff during group, ask the question, "Who would you get to help you hide the body?" please explain how that is trauma informed Care? This is definitely a drug and alcohol treatment center and they treat those who were there for addiction. Much better than they do those that are there for trauma. Because I actually asked if they would allow me to watch shows on TV with drugs and alcohol and was informed. "It would depend what it is". If you were seeking addiction treatment then maybe this place is for you. But if you are not seeking addiction treatment, and only seeking trauma care I definitely do not recommend this place. Sadly this country fails when it comes to mental healthcare. As this seems to be the pattern at most facilities- the claim to treat trauma, but actually treat drug and alcohol and force trauma clients to sit through drug and alcohol classes despite not having an addiction
