Came in and as I'm walking the hall with my husband there was Dr Aldred. Try to make next appt same scenario they will call they never did!! As a Pt continuity of care is important. My condition is not easy to work with and seems he wasn't up for the challenge. Which is strange considering the bragging he did about programming his other Pt's, and having your staff lie for you, well that's a whole other level. He seems to be very knowledgeable but I believe he would be better suited in a position of teaching students rather than Pt care. Too much ego and not enough compassion.

Anyone who thinks he's dismissive or claims he said he can't help them obviously needs to do some introspection. If he said he can't help, I guarantee the entire statement was "I can't help you if you're unwilling to help yourself." Therapy is about wanting to be there and wanting to improve mental health. Anyone unwilling to face the ugly in their lives won't be successful in therapy, *regardless* of the therapist.
