I can speak directly and openly with no judgement (and sometimes I even get a laugh out of him.) Anyone who thinks he's dismissive or claims he said he can't help them obviously needs to do some introspection. If he said he can't help, I guarantee the entire statement was "I can't help you if you're unwilling to help yourself." Therapy is about wanting to be there and wanting to improve mental health. Anyone unwilling to face the ugly in their lives won't be successful in therapy, *regardless* of the therapist.

Been seeing Sarah for quite some time. She is good with multiple types of personalities (maybe even…read moremultiple personalities?) anyways, she is pretty awesome. Serious when she needs to be, hard and convicting when you need her to be and is real. She cares. She listens. She is a pain in my complicated ass, but that's exactly what I need. I truly did not think it was possible for an individual to be completely non-judgmental but that person is Tommy Flick. He is honest and sincere, listens and teaches, and can be pretty funny as well. When I first started working with Tommy, I would always ask him things like "what do I do about this?" or "What should I do in this situations?" and he would never give me a direct answer. He would help me clarify and understand the situation and how I feel so I would be able to come up with a solution on my own. This is just one of the many ways Tommy has helped me grow and learn to trust in myself. Undoubtedly the best therapist in Spokane.

I always made appointments with Dr. Myron Thurber, who I highly, highly recommend. I honestly cannot write a review that can sufficiently explain how this practice has helped me and improved my life. I have used it to do better in school, manage stress, anxiety and fears, and for personal troubles. While everyone will have a unique set of needs, thanks to the work of Dr. Thurber, I never had to spend any amount of money on medication to cope with anxiety, etc. The practices here allow you to resolve the cause of your problem, not just the symptoms. It truly is an investment in yourself, and there is no limit to what you can gain. I always left appointments feeling completely uplifted, and able to accomplish whatever I needed. I was also given techniques to use for whenever I needed them. Health isn't just about the physical aspects of life!
