Just wanted to say well done ! I tried this Counselling…read moreservice simply because it was close to home and have to say I struck gold. Wonderful reception staff and James Pattee, my Counsellor is just what I needed. If your looking for someone who doesn't solve your problems for you but shows you how to deal with them yourself, this is your man. Thank you James for showing me how to deal with my immediate day to day issues and in doing so, teaching me why things had gone wrong in the past. I've tried counselling before but felt frustrated that they seemed to more interested in delving into my past which left me still trying to deal with the immediate problems that had led me to seek the urgent help I had sort them out for. You understood me James and for that I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Karen B

I am attended to promptly by the nurse's whenever I press my call button, day or night. The physical therapy and occupational therapy here is most excellent! Fractured my hip and because of these fine people, I am going home after only 3 weeks. They also have great daily activities - no way I ever got bored. I am so glad and grateful that I came here for help and healing. This place and these people are the best ! The administrator himself personally checked on me every single day that I was here. I would highly , highly recommend this place to anyone needing first-class care !

I've been seeing Randy for probably a year now. His style of counseling is right up my alley: No bs…read moreand no coddling. I can speak directly and openly with no judgement (and sometimes I even get a laugh out of him.) Anyone who thinks he's dismissive or claims he said he can't help them obviously needs to do some introspection. If he said he can't help, I guarantee the entire statement was "I can't help you if you're unwilling to help yourself." Therapy is about wanting to be there and wanting to improve mental health. Anyone unwilling to face the ugly in their lives won't be successful in therapy, *regardless* of the therapist.
