If your looking for someone who doesn't solve your problems for you but shows you how to deal with them yourself, this is your man. Thank you James for showing me how to deal with my immediate day to day issues and in doing so, teaching me why things had gone wrong in the past. I've tried counselling before but felt frustrated that they seemed to more interested in delving into my past which left me still trying to deal with the immediate problems that had led me to seek the urgent help I had sort them out for. The tone of the conversation led me to think we would not be a good fit. I thanked her for her time, told her I didn't feel like our personalities would work well together and that I would continue looking for a counselor. Honestly, I wouldn't waste my time calling her.

My family has…read moreused the expertise of these therapists for a rehab of a spinal surgery and two shoulder surgery rehabs. The therapists are so willing to help and work you through the post operation pain as well as transitioning back to full function. Julianne Alford is amazing. She is a wealth of knowledge eager to share with her patients. She helps the patient understand why she is doing the treatment they way she is as well as giving them practical tips for home care. She truly is wonderful. Most of the therapy my family has had is in the pool. If you are scared of water don't be with these people. They are careful and considerate with all ages, pain levels, water fears, and the overall well being of their patients. I would HIGHLY recommend Washington Outpatient Rehab to anyone who needs physical therapy help. They are the best!
