No one like going to the hospital, so most people start off in a bad mood, so I would recommend you…read moretake the Karen Hater reviews here with a grain of salt. For me, I have always been treated really well here. Yeah, sometimes there is a wait, but I went to kindergarten and learned to wait my turn, and I don't automatically assume my health issue is more important than the rest of the world. You people need to grow up and be grateful anyone still wants to work in healthcare these days. Anyway, I have been here for emergencies, lab work, and scheduled procedures. I have always been treated kindly with proper attention to my needs at the time. While I hope no one ever has to go to the hospital, I hope you go to Valley because other hospitals in the area really aren't great.

While waiting in the lobbyshe needed to lay down so she could breathe easier, I asked the girl at the desk if they could let her lay down and she says they have nowhere unless she wanted to lay down on a row of chairs in the lobby they came and took her to triage and did a CT scan, then brought her back out to the lobby she asked the girl from triage (who was sleeping and obviously passed about being woke up) to take her to the row of chairs to lay back down when she pushed my moms wheel chair over she said very snotty you have oxygen on so watch what you are doing no helping her to lay down and walked away WTF SOrry if we bothered you people I thought this was your job for some odd reason we didn't get any care we left

I'm one of the most understanding people out there. I work in a Pediatric Dental Office & would…read morenever imagine treating a patient this way due to our mistake/a "computer glitch." I waited a month to get in to this office. I arrived on time & sat there for 45 minutes with no word. I finally went up to the desk & they informed me there was a "computer glitch & I never got checked in." They then referred me elsewhere. If something like this happened in the office I work at, we do everything possible to make it up to the patient/parent. If you see someone sitting in your reception area for an hour. TALK TO THEM

I came here after insurance issues with a previous provider and the service here was worse than not…read moregood, evidently this providence location and each individual staff member I spoke to was nothing but rude and incompetent hidden behind a kind smile. Initially, I was looking for a 90-day supply for my meds that I require daily due to going out of town for over a month. Apparently, my prescription was too early to fill so I asked the new NP I was seeing for primary care (because the MDs were booked until December) to give me a note on my prescription to supply my meds early. She said she'd take care of it, however I could only get a 30 day supply. I had never experienced an NP refusing to give me a 90-day supply before. I talked to the front desk ladies, and after claiming it was "Washington State Law," I fact checked them (even federal state law allows 90-day prescriptions on controlled substances) they just claimed it was office policy. These front desk ladies actively and blatantly lied to a patient regarding their care and medications. Even so, as I was leaving the office CVS had already sent back the prescription stating my 30-day supply was too early to fill. Thus, I asked a second time if they could send it with a note. They claimed that they did, and I left thinking they had filed it through the insurance and I was going to get my meds when I needed them. Then, when I got all of my other meds but not my Adderall, I called my CVS to make sure that they had gotten the message. They said that they hadn't received anything. I further called providence the next day and the lady I spoke to over the phone claimed she had gotten it taken care of, this was another blatant lie. I called CVS later that day to ensure I was being told the truth. CVS told me they hadn't gotten anything, thus I called providence again. The next lady I spoke to told me that on the previous phone call, my care team was not even shared the message. So, my provider would not have even seen that I called. The next day I was over by the Spokane valley mall and I decided to drop in and talk to my provider face to face and hopefully get this issue solved. I waited in the waiting room for an hour, and during that time the service that I saw was horrifying. A sick teenage boy was in the waiting room for 30 minutes after checking in, and then they told him it was his fault he did not come up to them and ask about his appointment and he would have to reschedule. As he was walking out a nurses assistant came out and brought him back in because she could, "Squeeze him in." Additionally, a female Asian immigrant came in while I was in there, and it was obvious that English was not her first language, furthermore she had no insurance. The white front desk lady proceeded to yell at her for not checking in and being on the phone, even though she was on the phone figuring out how she could pay 450$ out of pocket for a doctors visit. The front desk lady kept repeating, "I only have 3 minutes to get you checked in, are you going to reschedule or pay." Lastly, I overheard a front desk lady talking to a patient, and she was alerting them to come back because the appointment papers she had given him were half of another patients information. Due to gross negligence these people actively gave out another patients HIPPA protected information due to their own incompetence. All the while, nurses and assistants congregate at the front desk laughing and joking around while there are up to 10 patients waiting for care in the lobby. All in all, after all of the phone calls and doing everyone's job for them, despite everything they told me on the phone and at my first appointment and after being in their office for an hour, they still told me I could not get my meds filled, and worst of all, I never even got to talk to my NP face to face. Later at an appointment with my previous provider, I was asked, "Did you see another doctor?" I admitted I sought care from another NP and she responded with, "Yeah this is really weird the notes aren't even complete on your MyChart," These people had not even completed the notes on MyChart for a general patient intake appointment. Never in my life have I experienced such negligent care and if you are considering going to this office DO NOT DO IT. They are liars, and they are some of the most difficult and condescending people you will ever meet in your entire life. You WILL NOT receive adequate care.
