Apparently, once in the chamber you derobe? Which was hard to re-robe after freezing your tooshie off for 3 mins. And my other suggestion to the owners is to possibly have smaller slippers and gloves for little people like me. Granted it's not a far walk from the changing area, I just felt like a 5 year old wearing their parents shoes for fun. My last suggestion to the owners, is for rebooking and discussing promos. After the experience there was a kind of awkwardness, no receipt or discussing future appointments. Now for those who are seriously considering giving Crytotherapy a try! Do it! You won't regret it. It was definitely a cold 3 mins, but it seriously helped having a song to jam out to during that time. And the effects I felt afterwards was absolutely AMAZING! I felt tingly all over, energized and ready to take on the day. The nerve pain I was experiencing prior greatly subsided and I actually slept really well that night. After searching online and calling a few places, I discovered that JAG Medical Spa was right down the street from me. I decided to give them a try, and I'm so glad I did. My appointment was on July 28th, and from the moment I arrived, Dr. Jared and Tonya made me feel welcome. They greeted me professionally, listened carefully to my concerns, and reviewed my history with previous lip filler treatments. I explained that I wanted a natural look with a little more fullness, basically restoring the lips I had in my 20s and 30s. I felt completely comfortable putting my trust in Dr. Jared's hands. Before the procedure, they thoroughly explained the entire process and answered all of my questions, which immediately put me at ease. The numbing cream they used was far superior to anything I had experienced before, even compared to treatments I received from a plastic surgeon. Once the procedure began, I was bracing myself for the needle pinches I remembered from past experiences. To my surprise, I didn't feel a thing. Dr. Jared talked me through every step, letting me know when I might feel a slight pinch or what he described as something "spicy," which I later learned meant a mild burning sensation. Amazingly, I didn't feel that either. Throughout the entire procedure, Tonya held my hand and provided reassurance. I was expecting to squeeze her hand tightly from discomfort, but there was never a reason to. She stayed by my side until everything was finished, which meant so much and made the experience even more comfortable. When the procedure was complete, I absolutely loved my lips. The following day, I experienced some swelling, which was expected. By day six or seven, most of the swelling had subsided, and I couldn't stop looking at them. The results were exactly what I had hoped for: natural, youthful, and beautifully enhanced. I was initially skeptical about getting lip filler at a medical spa rather than a plastic surgeon's office, but honestly, I now prefer it. The care, attention, and results exceeded my expectations. What impressed me most was the level of follow-up care. Dr. Jared scheduled a two-week follow-up appointment to evaluate the results, answer any questions, and determine whether a touch-up was needed. In all of my previous experiences with a plastic surgeon, I never received a follow-up appointment, phone call, or even a text message. Dr. Jared personally checked on me afterward, which showed genuine concern and commitment to his patients. Both Dr. Jared and Tonya are truly exceptional. They are professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, thorough, and incredibly personable. They treated me as though they had known me for years rather than just meeting me for the first time. Their kindness, humor, and attention to detail made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. The pricing is also very reasonable, which is another huge benefit. I booked an appointment with Dana. She was so sweet and listened to all of my concerns. It was honestly not painful at all! She did a dermal block for numbing and after that I didn't feel anything! We also added in some filler in my chin for facial balancing. We did not end up using all of the filler so we saved it and I scheduled a two week follow up appointment. At that next appointment we did add a tiny bit of filler but I didn't need much. The filler has made such a natural but noticeable improvement to my face shape.
