She is not only your PT but she becomes your friend and I'm so thankful to have her in my toolbox as an athlete and person. In the last 6 months I also started seeing Morena for pelvic floor physical therapy. There are not many options for pelvic floor around and it takes a certain person to be able to heal you, help you recover and teach you about the part of your body. Every time you go in, they do hands-on adjustments, massage and manipulation, and whatever therapies you need like compression therapy or whatever they think you need for your injury that day. They assess where you're at, and you get an individualized plan not just some person who says this is what you did last time go and do it by yourself in a corner. And the results are noticeable! Movement with confidence, awareness of why we're doing the exercise we're doing and challenging or not the injury - things you get in a professional training room instead of a sad modern physical therapy office. Here's why: 1. Effective & Efficient Treatment: Both times Mimi listened to me carefully, asked thoughtful questions, and then gave me treatment in-office as well as some stretches to do at home. Most recently, my lower back pain was cleared up within a week (and I now have some really useful stretches to do to combat all the sitting I do when working from home)! 2. Now I found myself in a situation needing physical therapy for my knee from an injury while serving on the Fire Department. After weeks of going back and forth with Coast Physical Therapy and the insurance company for my workers comp injury, making appointments then they would cancel them, promising to call me to reschedule and never did. They ultimately refused to treat me and declined the worked comp payments. This is not how you treat an individual that gave 37 years of his life to public safety. I encourage all first responders to boycott this business if this is the way we are treated for our life of service.

In my case Suzanne Perry is my PT, and she has literally kept me physically together over the years! I am so grateful to her for not giving up on me, as I have one thing pop up after another! Just goes to show she is up to the challenge. I can definitely recommend Coast and their physical therapists if you need to seek out a clinic for your physical therapy needs!

Each time I have gone to Wendy her treatments have been successful. It is like magic. This episode was nasty and when she did the treatment I was immediately relieved and began to cry. She was warm, supportive and understanding. I hesitate to tell you about Wendy because she will become so popular I will not be able to get in to see her when I need but for those of you out there looking for relief she is it! Her chatter helps distract and she paces everything individually. She takes some insurances but even if she doesn't take yours the fee is worth every penny for the relief and support. Apart from his skill, his approach is very effective in providing ongoing guidance on how to use the proper training routines for home and gym. He is caring and attentive to all aspects of what is going on. I have been under David's care for 5 years and will continue as long as issues occur. I recently had a major surgery which caused a serious problem with my legs. After consulting with my surgeon he told me to find a good PT immediately and I called David who had me come in directly. He diagnosed and started fixing the damage immediately and after one more session I was literally back on my feet. I have other similar situations over the past 5 years with identical results thanks to him. I would also commend him for putting together a great team of therapists - they are all excellent. There is a positive and and healthy energy in the place - it is always a good feeling being there. His administrative staff is excellent as well - especially Lisa who is always helpful.
