I've been to see this wonderful group of women for two separate issues (once for neck pain and once for lower back pain) and I really wish I could give them more than five stars. Here's why: 1. Effective & Efficient Treatment: Both times Mimi listened to me carefully, asked thoughtful questions, and then gave me treatment in-office as well as some stretches to do at home. Most recently, my lower back pain was cleared up within a week (and I now have some really useful stretches to do to combat all the sitting I do when working from home)! 2. Easy of Scheduling: I left a message during off-hours and got a call back from Lisa the next day with an appointment the next week. 3. Friendly & Relaxing Environment: As soon as you step into the office you can tell that it's a place where patients feel comfortable and cared for. I've even seen people bringing their relatives in to introduce them to the team that's been taking such good care of them. My experience with Mary Kate Saunders Physical Therapy has been terrific. Responsive customer service, expert physical therapy knowledge and technique, and a friendly environment -- all of which make going to physical therapy (not the most fun activity when you're already hurting) to be, well, kind of enjoyable. If something on your body isn't working right and your doctor agrees physical therapy might help, MKSPT should be your first call. The team there obviously wants their patients to succeed, and they are willing to look at things from different angles. They listen to you, they make adjustments, and then they listen again. Terrific physical therapy center in Laguna Beach! They are a wonderful, knowledgeable, caring and thorough Group of women. Everyone is warm and welcoming and very patient. They are excellent at taking care of organizing insurance benefits. They have printouts of and exercises for home-care. They give patients the appropriate stretchy bands to also use at home. Their ability to explain exactly how to get each patient well or functioning as well as possible is marvelous! They keep abreast of every new way to get our aging bodies working. I injured myself playing tennis, of all things, and was treated by the ladies at Mary Kate Saunders PT. I can't say enough about their: -Attention to your injury -Knowledge and experience in the field -Caring and fun loving attitudes I'm a competitive athlete and they got me back on my feet from a Grade II calf tear in less than eight weeks. I've been to PT before and was sent off into a corner to do my exercises with little to no supervision, sound familiar? At, MKPT this isn't the case as the therapists are engaged and interactive with your exercises, therapy and recovery.
