Dear scheduler…read more Clearly you have never broken an ankle before and do not understand that when people call to schedule apps for physical therapy, it's because they are in pain and frustrated that after 7 weeks of not being able to walk and then an additional 5 weeks of struggling to walk without pain they want and need compassionate assistance in gaining their independence back and want to wake up to a pain free day. If you had know that, you would not have been so cavalier about my not being able to fit in an appointment into your work hours. The response of "oh well, I'm out of options" without a hint of caring about my pain has not won me over. You may have the best physical therapists in the county, but you are the gate keeper and quite frankly, I'll never knock on your gate after my 2 minute conversation with you.

I used to work there & I believe the people who gave it one star reviews were mistaken about the facility they were reviewing (Peggy S. & R.S.). This is an outpatient PT Rehab center with a Chiropractor & different kinds of massage therapists. It was a clean facility when I worked there & I don't know what the second person is talking about, but the issue they're reporting does not sound like it applies to that facility.
