I saw Dr. Reinke after having 6 X-rays taken in the office. The technician was great. Dr. Reinke was very good and listened to my concerns. He explained what he saw and what he didn't see on the X-rays in a way I could understand. I had an injection and he gave it to me himself, letting me know each step as he was giving it. I went to the Running PTs as I had a few runner friends who had been using them. Erin was awesome and quick to offer some strengthening exercises to correct my knee issues. I was also dealing with a mild case of PF, and she gave me some proactive treatment to take care of that as well. Over the course of a couple of months, I saw Erin (and in one instance, Lee) weekly. MRI indicated several tendon sprains and labrum tears, but Dr advised that surgery should not be needed, with a combination of steroid injection and PT. Dan did a great job of answering questions and explaining the complexity of the shoulder joint and what was needed to strengthen and fully restore range of motion, as well as eliminate the popping / clicking. He took the time to understand my goals for the shoulder and longer term sports fitness. The gym set up is clean and well equipped. He also helped me with chronic knee pain. He taught me how to squat appropriately which led to less knee pain and better core control.
