Guys, you have to try the Pilates classes with Claudia at Thrive! Honestly, everything about it is amazing. First of all, the space is gorgeous, super clean, full of natural light, and it just gives off this really peaceful, grounded vibe. You walk in and instantly feel better, you know? And OJ, the owner? I have tried many different Martial Arts, Jiu Jitsu just became a passion. Going from gym to gym has taken a toll on me, until I walked in to Thrive. I was actually at the beach and walked by to get my car and saw they were opened . I walked in and Professor OJ came towards me, and I immediately felt at home . Professor OJ and his team teach the kids about jujitsu, but also about values and the importance of family and integrity There is a good balance between learning and fun and the skills being taught are real..these kids really wrestle with live opponents every session and there is a lot of teaching on anti-bully techniques and strategy.
