I was leaving Pilates the other day and a rep for Crew Chiropractic was there with a little table and was offering a great promo and I decided to just go for it! I had a fantastic experience from the moment I first met Dr. Sesma at the Pilates studio. Renee, office manager, is one of the kindest souls I've ever met (and I only met her twice), but she just has that welcoming warmth about her that every office needs! Dr. Sesma really took his time to go over everything with me from start to finish, and I never once felt pressured into signing up for a care plan. It's a no-brainer, right? Enrollment is $45 for four visits a month. Additional visits $12.50. This office lacks too many chiropractic basics to be efficient. In addition to no X-rays being done, it has: No Traction table No Rolling table No Heat No Stem Therapy Most importantly, they have no water in the waiting room for clients. As cheap as water can be. Which is an outrage in 2019! Don't you think? After 5 months of going to this chiropractor, I realized things for me were not getting better. The same routine was done on me over a 5-month period and it was extremely painful. Harrell never tried any different techniques and there are lots of them. I felt like a product on an assembly line at best. It always took 5 minutes or less. Chit-chat was limited and it was all by rote. No genuine concern whatsoever. I was greeted enthusiastically on arrival, wait time was minimal & Dr Emily was very thorough & professional completing my evaluation. When Dr Dellaria came in he was also very thorough, took time to explain everything; even preexisting issues I've had a long time he was able to explain in a way I had a much better understanding of & the actual effects my body has been experiencing and WHY I'm so exhausted & brain foggy all the time. He also did something NO other health professional has ever done- checked my oxygen levels & determined they are LOW which explains a lot!
