I contacted this business looking for direction for our daughter who has a rare eye condition and I…read morehad seen one of their providers on YouTube with various educational videos. They were very prompt in their response and I actually had a very nice conversation with Dr. Fosso regarding our options. I very much appreciated his time basically providing a phone consultation without needing to travel to his clinic which would have been problematic since we live in a different state. He was also very honest and open with his professional opinion and suggestions even saying that this clinic might not be the best option for what our daughter needs which apparently is very rare. He even gave us some suggestions for other institutions that might be a better option for us. Being someone who has worked in the healthcare field for over a decade, I very much understand how a medical providers time is very much limited and precious, so I am even more blown away and appreciative of the time this doctor gave us. It has been my experience that a majority of providers that I have worked with would not do this. He clearly has a passion for what he does and for taking care of people. He even gave us his direct contact information if we had any other questions. Obviously this also speaks to the clinic in general having him on staff.

He was super amazing and helpful. my stepson was having trouble finding a good fit and skip kept going around the store and in the back and finding him different styles and sizes until he found the perfect ones. We left both feeling that Skip did an awesome job. And later that night after wearing one of his new pairs my stepson said oh these jeans are awesome. suffice to say we were very happy with our experience and the job Skip did.

When I walked in, I was greeted within 1 minute by a very kind gentleman... I explained to him what I was looking for and jokingly said, "I wish I had a personal shopper..." The next thing I know, I essentially have THREE personal shoppers (employed by The Buckle) filling my fitting room. At no point did I feel pressured to purchase everything (or anything) they put in the room. Long story short... THE BEST shopping experience EVER. Thank you SO, so much! SO worth spending the extra $$ at this store... both the quality of the clothes and treatment by staff = top notch.
