Ok so I see why the reviews are so bad. There is just SOOOOOO much to go through to rent a car in San Juan. So yes, the rates they quote on the website are cheap. BUT they are not all inclusive and all the taxes and fees we typically see up front here in the mainland are not revealed until you get to the counter to get the car you reserved. And the process itself to rent the car takes AT LEAST 30 minutes. Or an hour if the car they bring out to you is damaged. Yeah, the car they brought us at first had a bubble in the tire and had obviously been through some stuff. SMH This was all on my mom as she wanted to rent a car for this place...I typically don't rent a car when I know I can walk places...like in San Juan. If I could give them zero stars I would. Let's start with the rental agent: She was clearly new, and took 44 minutes to write my ticket while the other agent wrote 4 tickets in the same amount of time. If this was the only issue, I would have been ok. However, she refused to give me any kind of upgrade and had to go out to the lot to look for a car that fit my reservation. Finally, the other woman told her to just give me the new car up. Then she told me the price, and this is where things went south. She continually tried to SNEAK insurance options into the contract telling me it was just airport fees. The car: Damaged and even had a leak in the tire. I brought it back for a switch out, and while they had five cars sitting in the lot ready to go, I again had to wait. Ramone, the manager on duty refused to give me one of the cars that were ready to go because they had a reservation for them. Fortunately the 45 minutes I spent standing around has given me enough time to write this review! Switch out (scratch that back to the rental counter): After I wait 45 min for my new car, I am then told that I need to go to the counter to redo the contract. Where I had to wait for three more people. I get to the counter and I find out they closed my contract out and had to write a new ticket. Back to the new car: car is smoked out. I give up. I have two days left. I will deal with it. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Anywhere else!!! read more

If I could rate this review 0 stars, I would. My boyfriend and I had a very stressful flight into PR and were excited to just get in a car and head out to PR. once we got to Thriftys, we were given a car and it REEKED of urine and was absolutely unbearable. We let the employees know this and they gave us another car, only for us to find that it also REEKED of urine. We were very frustrated at this point and asked an employee to smell if the car smelled bad, which of course they said it did. We were able to talk to someone named Angel who claimed he worked here for 3 weeks and mentioning that the management were a**holes and that they only gave good cars to women with big breasts. When he told us he would grab us a car and ensure that we had a great car, he pulled up to us with the windows down in the car and the AC blasting. We were so tired at this point and just wanted to get in the car and go. It did not smell bad at first (because he rolled the windows down and had the AC blasting) but it sat overnight at our AirBnB and reaked of urine again in the morning, a THIRD car. We took this car back and asked for a refund for the service and their manager by the name of Felix was nowhere to be found and we waited a solid hour and a half for him. We left the place and called and put in a claim for a refund. We were not given a refund and were met with an email response from an employee named Angel who was a "senior operation manager" written in his email signature. Overall this place is a scam and do not EVER rent from here even if you are trying to find a cheaper option. Please go to another place and save yourself the headache. You should enjoy your vacation and not deal with an awful business like this. read more

Reading earlier reviews made me almost not book w Thrifty but I'm very glad we still did in PR, having booked w Thrifty once before elsewhere and not had an issue. We had very straightforward and quick pick-up and drop-off processes, less than 15min each, on site at the airport. Staff were all friendly and, of course, it's hard to beat their prices. Horrible experience. First I was charged twice then when I asked to speak to a manager about it instead they canceled my reservation. I wouldn't leave the airport without getting this resolved. They threatened cops and actually called them. I called the corporate office on the spot and they had to give me my car. Now waiting for the refund for the overcharges. Booked a car and received my confirmation....showed up on time and guess what.....my car is not available because, according to the counter lady, "someone did not close out some rentals...." whatever that means... Don't rent here...should have looked first and saw they only had 2 stars.... UPDATE - They showed up wuth a minivan and the gas tank is empty...i was told I could take it but it may run out of gas before l get to a station....they now say they are bringing another minivan with gas... Near perfect experience. I was very nervous about renting from thrifty after reading some of these reviews, but we had a flawless experience. The staff were quite friendly and helpful. We were in and out quickly both when picking up the car and dropping it off. I booked online for a good price for a full week and they didn't charge me a fee for having a second driver. There were additional charges at the counter. They were local taxes and airport fees that are only calculated at the counter. Does it stink to pay an extra $60? Absolutely. But I understand how, since these things are location specific, they can't be included in the upfront quote. We also opted for the toll pass - it was $6 per day and included all tolls. We drove all around the island and using the toll roads saved us a lot of time! The tolls are all automated, so better to buy the toll package in my opinion. I took a few precautions just in case that I'd recommend others take as well: 1. I printed the voucher that came with my reservation since it contained all the terms of my contract as stated online. 2. I brought a copy of my insurance policy and an email from my insurance company saying I was covered in Puerto Rico. The counter did not ask for it, but I'm glad I had it. 3. I planned for local fees and a toll pass since my contract indicated they would be extra. All in all, a good experience. read more

Beware!!! This rental company has hidden fees. We booked on Travelocity for a fixed price, at the counter they made us do insurance doubling our quote. If we denied insurance a $750 hold will be added to credit card. Also they charge extra taxes not found Travelocity website. This car rental is one of the worst with extra hidden fees. Slow as hell. Our flight landed at 1 and we got to the place at 115 and waited on line until 315. Gotnn no our rental slip and walked to the house lot only to wait another 30-45 mins. Horrible horrible experience. Hope our Puerto Rico experience gets better cuz we are all ready to go home after this terrible experience. Couldn't think of a worse way to start off a family vacation. I am being grossly overcharged and I am not satisfied at all with the experience of Thrifty or its customer service. I have not had an agent call me or email me with an explanation as to why I have been grossly overcharged. This is not at all fair or ethical, I have demanded an immediate resolution to this matter. Worst process ever. The customer service is fine, but obviously their management doesn't care about customer satisfaction. After waiting in line for one hour, it took 30 minutes for them to locate the type of car I had reserved. Reservation Cost: $198. Cost once fees were added at airport: $400 All fees should be posted, offered, and accepted up front during reservations so customer know what they're getting. Car Rental business needs a serious facelift. The initial car we were given did not fit all of our suitcases, they didn't have anything larger, and no one seemed to care to assist in finding a vehicle that may be able to hold our bags. After waiting approximately 45 minutes in a huge line they did get us in a smaller car that somehow had a great trunk that fit all the bags. But this was after my wife insisted on trying to fit bags in vehicles instead of waiting in the line time after time! I will NEVER rent from Thrifty again. This branch is a total scam operation. I had a car reserved for $48, and by the time they were done with all their hidden fees, etc., it was over $100. The wait time in line, with a reservation and only three other parties: An hour and a half. My representative was a complete jerk, to boot. When I walked in there were two parties being helped, and no line. I stood right behind the rep (and I can't disclose his name because Yelp doesn't like people disclosing personal information), and waited for him to finish. As I waited, two or three other parties came inside. When the rep I waited next to finished with his client, he waved another customer over without so much as acknowledging me (staring at him). "Excuse me," I said, "I've been waiting here for you." He responded, "The line begins there (pointing to a space in between the two reps), not here. You have to go wait in line." I told him, "Come on, I've been waiting here, you're kidding me." He looked at me and said, "No, I am NOT kidding. Get in line." Charming. The other rep-- trying to make up for his co-worker's terrible attitude, no doubt -- called me over as soon as he finished with his client. ALSO, I witnessed a couple fighting with their rep because he believed their car had been scratched. They begged him, "It was a scuff, we just rubbed it out. Go look. It's gone." The rep REFUSED to go out and look. Instead he filed collision paperwork, put a hold of $1050 on their credit card, and told them they had to file insurance paperwork, etc. The whole time, they BEGGED him to go look at the car, it was fine, etc., but, even when a coworker said, 'come outside,' he refused. I've never witnessed such abysmal customer service. When customer after customer has to call their credit card company and say they're being scammed, something is wrong. They double charged my account, i have disputed the transaction with them and got no help, disputed with Price Line and still no help, now I am reaching out to my credit card. I have spent over 8 hours on the phone from California to Puerto Rico, and the with priceline. i rented cars almost every year through Costco, Hertz, Avis and never had this issue, for 2 weeks charges about $350. with Thrifty close to $900. If I could give zero stars I would. This place is SUPER shady! They will charge you $500 PLUS the price of the rental and a bunch of crappy fees, EZ Pass fees etc. They will try to force insurance on you or force you to have your insurance certificate faxed to them at a number that is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to fax to from the US. The car's weekly cost should have been $169 and by the time they were done it ended up being $210 AND 3 weeks later they charge my card AGAIN AFTER I was back in the US for some mystery reason which I had to call my bank and get reversed. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND BEING OUT $700 IN A FOREIGN PLACE and go elsewhere because by the time you realize they are shady scamsters they will already have been holding $700 off your card and you will have to stay with them through your vacation! I feel even sorrier for anyone that goes in here that is American (I was born in Puerto Rico but came back as a visitor) they will try to scam you even harder if you don't speak Spanish. On top of all this I was there over 2 hours with the insurance faxing debacle and believe me this is not what you want after a 10 hour flight! WARNING: THIEVES, don't book here! Booked a car with Hertz PR on March 9 to be returned on March 16. There are conflicting information saying that "after hour drop off is available" so since my flight was at 5am and I needed to drop the car off at 3am, I decided to double check and call the customer service number. The guy asked for my contract number and suggested that I drop the keys off at the Thrifty car rental drop box since they are the same company. He also told me that he would make a note on my file regarding the fact that I called and what he recommended me to do. This is great. So I return the car at 3am, drop the key in the Thrifty drop box, then went to take my flight back. Fast forward a few hours when I got back to the US and guess what? They charged my credit card for $600 for lost key!!! I am now in the process of trying to get my money back....These people are thieves and it does not matter how nice you try to be, or how proactive, they WILL steal your money. This was my first experience renting a car, and it was pretty decent. I called around to different rental companies and Thrifty was WAY cheaper than any other car rental company in the area, by like $100 in our case! (We are under 25, dumb under age fees!) They picked us up at the airport, we were given our car in a matter of minutes, and off we went. We had a little Nissan Versa that only costed us $10 in gas for the 4 days that we had it. Woot! They open at 6am and we arrived there almost at that time. Checking the car back in was a breeze and the shuttle back to the airport was very quick. I'd rent from them again. read more

They don't properly coordinate with their online booking system, so good luck if you book through them that way because they may not have your reservation in the system when you arrive in PR. This means that you'll be waiting around the airport until the next group is scheduled to be picked up since they don't answer their phone after waiting around for 45 minutes. It also means they'll say they'll look into it and work it out by the time you return your vehicle, but they don't in any way, shape, or form, and the reps who are their when you return the vehicle are as clueless as the ones when you went to pick up your car. And so they'll charge you for a walk-in rate, and you'll be double-charged until you call or email the online booking system reps and they sort it all out, which will take a few weeks. The ONLY good thing is that they're close to Bebo's BBQ. That's it. read more

If you plan to rent a car from this place, do advance reservation online to get a good deal (mine was $95 per week or 5 days). Checkin was a bit slow because they had only 2-3 staffs working. They do put a hold on your credit card for deposit, and also WILL talk you into paying the liability insurance ($20 a day) from them. DO NOT GET THE INSURANCE if you already have coverage from your own insurance.. Simply tell them that you have coverage already and will fax them the proof of insurance the next day. They will give you a fax number but they never bother checking back to follow up with you. So "DECLINE COVERAGE" IF YOU DON'T WANT TO PAY EXTRA FOR YOUR RENTAL. Well, that was what I did. My experience with the staff as ok, not as bad like other people described, so I'm glad. I will actually will rent from them again if the rate is good. read more

Wow, there's a lot of Haterade being passed around on this page. Let's be honest here - if you're looking for five star service, a shuttle waiting for you as you exit the airport terminal, and a super fast checkout process, spend the extra $30 a day and go with Avis or Hertz. Me, I'd rather spend a few minutes before my trip getting my paperwork in order and dealing with a bit of a longer line, and then keeping that extra money for myself. My experience and some tips: - A shuttle van pulled up to the curb at the airport about 10 minutes after I arrived and took us to the rental location. No big deal. - The lines there were slow but not unreasonably so - If you have your own insurance, bring the paperwork to prove it (although they didn't ask for mine). They'll put a $500 hold on your credit card. Again, NBD. - They'll want $1/day for the toll charges. Get it unless you're planning on staying within San Juan the entire time. - My car was in good shape, no issues - Returning the car was reasonably quick, and the shuttle back to the airport got us there in plenty of time. Just set your expectations a little lower than you otherwise might and bathe in the glory of knowing you're getting a decent car for $20/day or so. read more

I would give this place ZERO stars if possible. Firstly, it is ABSURD that an airport car rental facility would only open at 6 am and close at 11 pm. We had a 7:10 am flight and JUST BARELY MADE IT. But that is because we had to GIVE INTO EXTORTION. We were charged a $12.00 fee for a "fuel surcharge". Thrifty LIED and claimed that we only returned the tank with 7/8 of fuel. This was a LIE and we refueled the car NEXT DOOR to a full tank. This $12.00 fee was pure extortion, plain and simple. There was no choice but to pay the fee or miss the flight. Simply awful. The car I rented was in good condition and the price was right, but I am outraged that this place LIES and extorts extra fees from its customers. In addition, it is totally inconvenient to rent from a place that has such hours. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I WOULD PAY DOUBLE THE DAY RATE TO AVOID THIS PLACE. NEVER RENT FROM HERE. read more

Getting through the rental car process can be a hassle and just one of those necessary evils when traveling, but this Thrifty in Puerto Rico just completely and utterly SUCKED. The wait times on both ends (checking-in and out) was ridiculous. Even when there were several people manning the reservation desk, it still took a solid 30-45 minutes just to move through 10 people or so. I understand that you're dealing with a bunch of tourists who don't know the area, but still. Not the most fun way to start a vacation. If getting the car was bad enough, returning it and then hitching a ride back to the airport is even worse. Again, the process is slow and tedious. But the worst part is that there is only one shuttle bus to take passengers from the Thrifty off-site location to the terminals. One shuttle that fits around 10 people for a trip that takes about 30+ mins round trip. Luckily, my gf and I forced ourselves onto the first shuttle after having waited for about 40 minutes just for one to come back. I feel bad for those who just had to sit and wait for the next go around. Overall, would definitely avoid this Thrifty when traveling in PR. read more

Hour and half literally. Our plane landed we got in line at 1pm it's 2:42 and my bf is just now making it to the counter. I am pissed. I've watched numerous people go in and out on all other rental companies and these people are so damn slow. Literally 25 min each person which is insane. Super slow service at the counter, daily toll fee is more expensive than Alamo ($5.99/day regardless of whether you use tolls or not), they laughed when we asked about an upgrade because Alamo gave us free upgrades both of our previous trips, and THEN they didn't have any cars ready when we went to the lot so we had to wait 10 more minutes (after waiting in line for 45 minutes!). Been coming to Puerto Rico all my life as I am from Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico. I usually rent with Avis or national but with Covid I wanted to pick up at airport so we had less contact with people. I reserved rental from Jan 20th -Feb 4th $836.00 that included extra car rental insurance. When I arrived at thrifty the woman Employee González who helped me was very nice at first. She asked for our booking number and I gave it to her and then asked if I wanted her insurance coverage I told her no I bought insurance when I reserved car. She told me that doesn't cover the car rental. I told her well I have full coverage on my personal vehicles as well and I am declining her extra coverage because I bought coverage and I have personal coverage. She was acting like I did something wrong and became rude. Then she asked if I wanted prepaid fuel and a bunch of other crap and I said I only want the toll bridge pass because if you ever been to Puerto Rico there are tons of tolls. She handed me a paper to sign declining coverages except toll pass. I put van rental on my credit card and was told I wouldn't have a deposit but a deposit was charged. $1530.29 was charged to my credit card the charge included my rental amount, the prepaid fuel when I declined all that and then filled car when returned also was charged for roadside assistance $$44.85 and loss of use $44.85. I didn't notice the charges until later that day after left office and noticed charges. I called the company immediately and was told they would remove loss of use and road side and as long as I brought van back full the prepaid full charge would be returned as well. I just received a receipt that they will refund me $500 deposit plus $49.84 for something else but never refunded me the rest. I'm so angry and have never had such a horrible experience. Even the van we received was not clean and damaged plus not up to Covid cleanliness we had to by Clorox wipes and disinfectant spray. Really disappointed. They still owe me $190.60. Plus I had to buy two car seats as they wanted to charge me $250 for used nasty ones. I went to Walmart and bought two brand new for $100. I'm not saying the company is a scam but that González lady scams you out of your money. Very disappointed. read more

Once we got it, the car was fine. But the whole experience was unpleasant--most notably that they over-charged us by $50. Our flight was late so they cancelled our reservation (and then found the same car for $50 more than the original rate). Getting there in the van was slow. The folks behind the desk seem overworked and basically beaten down from dealing with irate folks all day--the people next to use were over-charged as well. May 16 - Final update to my review: I disputed the bogus $475 charge with my credit card company. 13 days before the 90-day period to respond was up, Thrifty sent back documentation of the "accident" I supposedly accepted responsibility for. The problem? Except for my credit card number, all of the documentation referred to a DIFFERENT woman, from a DIFFERENT state, a DIFFERENT car, a DIFFERENT car rental period (1.5 months earlier). So they wrote up a cover letter, referring to me as my credit card number, then attached bogus documentation. Well geez, Thrifty folks. Did you really think you'd win this one? April Update to my review - AFTER SIGNING OFF on the rental car, Thrifty (maybe seeing this review?) charged me $475 for a scratch they found. Really? After they went around the car and signed off on it being ok. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company. If you do a google search, you will see that these random charges appear often. It's a complete scam. They charge you just under $500, because your car insurance company would generally get involved after that. And they know better than to fight with the car insurance companies. read more

RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! I dont know if it's the culture or Thrifty doing a terrible job at hiring a-holes but this trip has got to be the worst I've experienced at any car rental places. When we arrived in San Juan we were told to wait outside for the shuttle. It took literally 35 min for it to arrive! Even when we boarded the van, the guy didn't even bother stopping for the other patrons that were waiting on Thrifty...and there was only 3 of us onboard! When we got to the rental place, first off, the young chick at the counter needs to learn manners and how to speak to people. There's a little thing called customer service that she lacks terribly! She proceeded to yell at customers as she was checking them out and slamming stuff down. I rented online months before my trip to avoid any hold up and I swear I don't understand the point. You get "checked in" only to sit and wait....and wait...for your car! Then when it came time to do the walk around the guy would NOT write down what we observed. People-do yourself a favor and double chk the paper before you drive off!! In the future I will definitely pay a few dollars more to not have to deal with such distasteful experiences. read more

Booked online like I do 100 times a year with CORPORATE AND BLUE CHIP number for 10PM I get there and find out THRIFTY CLOSES AT 10 so nobody at the airport to get me and phone goes to VM that is FULL So I grab a TAXI and go the next AM to get my car. THEY DO NOT ACCEPT CORPORATE ACCOUNT RATES OR BENEFITS YOU MUST SIGN A LIABILITY WAIVER FOR ANYTHING YOU MUST LEAVE A $500 DEPOSIT REGARDLESS OF RENTAL ESTIMATE YOU DO NOT GET ANY BENEFITS FROM EITHER CORPORATE OR BLUECHIP NUMBER SO after the paperwork is done, and after I sign all THE COMPLETELY ILLEGAL forms they had me sign, I ask to speak to the manager to log my complains, the guy looked up at me and said he is not here and I am the manager in charge. So I told him about the night before and if they closed at 10, maybe they should prevent reservations being made at 10 then started on the forms and deposits, he said he decided he was not going to rent me the car, tore up the rental agreement and told me to leave or he would call the police. I responded by please call them, he seriously said this, and I was as calm as possible............ I called ENTERPRISE they picked me up right in front of THRIFTY they are further down 1/4 mile past MCD. ENTERPRISE is who you should see on the ISLAND as they piece of work and this THRIFTY location should be removed off THRIFTY'S WEBSITE as they are NOT EVEN CLOSE to PROFESSIONAL about anything they do. One of the poorest operation management we have ever encountered with car rental companies. They completely failed to manage their inventory and ended up with dozens of people who had reservations waiting for their vehicles for an hour and a half at least. We have a two year old and it was an effort to keep her entertained and fed while you have all people cursing around you waiting for their names called from the waiting list. Typical airport rental. slow yet once they brought another agent out the pace picked up. Tried to add on insurance etc. typical upsell at counter. Expected that since all rental companies do. We picked up our car at Tampa airport, Fl. Florida has loads of toll roads. We knew we were only venturing out once on our trip. So did not buy toll pass. Expected tolls to be sent to us for the one day of travel. What Hertz did not disclose was they send those fees to another company who charges 9.99 PER toll fee. (guessing Hertz gets a kick back) Have no problem with people making money, just at being ripped off! My toll $0.78 +9.99 admin fee. Waiting for my return toll to be sent so I can save on my postage. Not a reasonable admin fee in my book. lesson learned. I'm guessing all the rental companies do the same. So FYI peeps. Delivery was easy. Car was clean. My 3rd time with Thrifty, and 1st time in PR - I have to say i was PLEASANTLY Surprised, because of the plethora of negative reviews which scared me. (But then I noticed, Car Rentals get historically bad reviews, people only rate when they're mad.) Reserved online through CostCo- highly recommended, best rate and includes a spouse driver for free. Declined all insurance, had a Chase Sapphire card that includes that coverage. The Price was better than everywhere BUT those 2 REALLY bad places that come up when searching for PR Car Rentals. Thrifty is a legit company so i felt safer with them. Location is Great, Right next to a gas station. The shuttle outside the airport picked us up in about 6 minutes, took us right to where we needed to be, very pleasant. The check in process took maybe 15 minutes. They were not busy, and had 2 people or more working the counter. NO UPSELLS! This is Huge, because lots of Car Rental companies are aggressive when you turn down insurance. No SCAMS! Didnt blink when i said 'Ill fill the tank myself instead of paying $4.50 a gallon.' No fake/fraudulent charges. Sucks that I have to list that as a Pro but such is the state we live in. I was listed as getting a 'Toyota Carolla or Nissan Sentra or Similar' . My only complaint was that we got a Kia (Rio?) instead. Fine, there were only two of us, the car was immaculate and had like 7K miles. Plus the interior was nice, did MP3/Aux/and all that jazz. Drove well enough. We returned it dirty as sin, and they didnt bat an eye or charge us anything. Returning it was a breeze, maybe 6 minutes and we were immediately on the shuttle back to the airport. The people working there in March were all really nice, spoke perfect English, and seemed to generally care about my satisfaction - a surprise in Puerto Rico =) ProTip - Watch were you park your car in Puerto Rico... Cheap, that is the nicest thing I can say about this Thrifty. The desk personnel and outdoor car attendants are seriously overworked and overloaded with customers. It took almost an hour to wait in line and pick up the car and they assessed a $500 deposit plus the anticipated amount of car rental in advance as a hold on my CC. To be fair, this was not a surprise, as we had read about this policy on the reservation paperwork, but that is an excessive hold amount in my opinion. When dropping off, everyone had to fight for an attendant's attention to turn in the car and get it (very carefully) inspected! Then you have to turn in the paperwork (wait in another line) before waiting in a third line to get on the infrequent and overcrowded shuttle back to the airport. Allow a solid 2 hours to be safe. Bottom line, for $9.26 a day, you do get a great price for a rental car (our total was about $55 for 5 days and 4 nights!) but the hassle factor is very high. read more

I've been wanting to write my review for this place for some time but I wanted to make sure all the fees that would mysteriously show up on my credit card statement a month or the two down the line cleared. My friends and I were headed to PR and needed a rental. Looked on online and used one of the online booking sites to get the best deal. We get a ridiculously low rate of 29.00/day. So here's the 411 on this rental place and what to expect. Pick up day: When we landed at SJU there wasn't a clear pickup location for Thrifty. There is rental car village with other brand rental places but Thrifty was not one. We were fortunate to see the van driving by and flagged it down. Once we arrived the Car pick process took about 40 mins. ***PLEASE NOTE*** the following: The additional fees not shown on most sites when you book online. There are 3 types of insurance required unless you have written proof that meets their guidelines. To avoid the headache all together I picked up all three. It added about another 25.00-30.00/day to the total $500.00 Dollar hold which is returned to you when the vehicle is returned. I had done my research so it wasn't a surprise to me. From previous reviews a lot of people were not comfortable with it. The toll pass was pretty helpful its about a 1.00/day. If you plan on driving around the island it will save some time. The part that kind of freaked me out is when you go through the toll the buzzard goes off as if you just blew through the toll booth. They must have some sort of agreement. The toil gets billed later to my credit card. The staff I dealt with pretty helpful and even gave us some locations to visit while on our trip. Return Day: GPS could not find the address to the rental location. We circled around, asked the locals, and finally just went to airport and followed the shuttle back to drop off the vehicle. Make sure to factor in extra time, last thing you want to do is miss your flight.
