As someone who worked in food service for so many years, I don't understand how a smoothie with an add of collogwn equals $20. Oh.. it took 15 minutes to make too. Wont come back here. The pastry display looked amazing -- definitely tempting for my next visit. I tried a bowl with falafel this time and was disappointed; it didn't have the flavor or texture one would expect from good falafel and was unfortunately tasteless. Since that's all I ordered, I can't fairly rate the whole menu. I plan to return and try something else from their extensive vegan options, which looked much more promising.

Every bite has a heap load of berry-goodness! Also not super sweet.. the way I like it. Tried the lentil soup here the other day and it wasn't salty or oily. Quite flavorful for a quick high protein low fat filling meal. Get the large. It's $5.99 and totally with it. Lastly, the Ocean salad. I like salmon and they gave me a pretty big piece of it the fillet, but wasn't crazy about the dressing or cranberries. I much prefer fresh fruit like blueberries and strawberries. So I'm trying the Sanatos salad with tuna fish added b/c it has a balsamic vinaigrette based dressing with strawberries and blueberries. They are closed on Sundays. Really fresh and healthy and super tasty. Will come back for sure. Btw, it was raining heavy yesterday afternoon and I didn't have an umbrella and my car was parked several blocks away. Today, my girlfriend and I ordered two baleadas especiales. We were charged for the special version, but neither baleada came with avocado. This is not the first time we've received an order with missing ingredients or mistakes, and it's frustrating to pay extra without getting everything that is supposed to be included. We were told the order would take around 20 minutes, but when my girlfriend received it, the food was already cold. On top of that, when we called to let them know about the missing avocado, no one apologized. They only said, "We'll pay more attention next time." Mistakes can happen, but after it happening repeatedly, along with cold food and no real acknowledgment of the inconvenience, it's disappointing. The food itself has good flavor, but they seriously need to improve order accuracy, food temperature, and customer service.

No where to sit and eat, except for some tables outside, which were covered, so we had to eat in the car. Not really what we had in mind for lunch, but whatever, that's on me I guess. Now for the sandwich - I had the Amena, which was super mid. Chicken was dry and bland. Only good part was the toasted sourdough it comes on. All in all, it's another overhyped, overpriced Miami meal. Wouldn't go back. ‍
