Stopped here for breakfast before our cruise out of Miami. It was a small cafe and the ambiance was okay. This location is attached to a gym so the team who was working the cafe would go back and forth between the two. At one point we were sitting in the cafe with no one who worked there. I ordered the açaí bowl which was good and my husband got the protein waffles. We each got a vanilla latte as well and the coffee was meh. I was volunteering today with The Underline's "Day in the Dirt" & since the Hammock Park Trail had just opened, they were hosting a block party. Some local vendors had set up in tents & were giving out food & drinks. I spotted Cure Cafe's fresh juices & knew I had to try. I had the Açaí & the Pineapple Ginger. Both fantastic but the Pineapple Ginger was transcendent. I must have come back 3-4 times for more. Sooooooo delicious! I also tried their Banana Walnut Bread & Chocolate Banana Bread , both delicious as well. Definitely plan on visiting for a full meal! read more

Good spot to grab a smoothie just outside downtown. It's a small but cute space with nice vibes and friendly staff. Easy parking on the street right out front. Smoothies are pretty good and prices are fair/what you would expect for a nice place in this location. Not the greatest smoothies I've had but pretty good and they get the job done. They also donate a portion of their monthly profits to a charity of a customer's choosing (they crowd source ideas then pull a name). I was excited to try cure cafe, especially since I'm gluten free and local. I ordered an iced vanilla late ($5.50) and got a hot latte in return. When I mentioned that it was supposed to be iced, they gave me the same hot latte, but with ice that watered down within 5 minutes. It tasted terrible and I ended up throwing the whole thing out. I also ordered the chicken arepa which had great flavor, but the chicken was on the dry side. He got one of the wraps; he thought it was good, but not great, and a little overpriced. It took a little while for us to get our food, which is always a good sign, as it was likely made fresh and not just heated up. Prove with tax is $10.17 While waiting for my order I check out the menu more and I also order the lentil soup and quinoa garbanzo salad. Price with tax is $18.19. The staff is very friendly. I ask about the parking and they have 2 spots inside the building. There is plenty of space next to the street but there is a no parking sign, but I am told it's ok to park there temporary as the city if I'm watching the car from the cafe. I receive my order and take it home. The acai bowl is delicious, has taste but not too sweet. It has banana, berries, granola and dried goja berries! The soup is really good but I wonder why they didn't fill the container to the top... The quinoa salad also really good, the hummus especially is outstanding. What I love about this spot is their prices. Considering how expensive it is to eat out these days, cure cafe's prices are reasonable. About $4 for my coffee and about $7 for avocado toast. Not bad. It's also very healthy and tasty. I'd definitely come here if you need a quick bite and don't want to break your diet. Plenty of healthy options. However, they advertise free WiFi. Which is why I ultimately decided to come, so that I can use my laptop and study. I mentioned that the WiFi is not working and they sort of just said 'I don't know'. So that was disappointing. I've been here 3 times. Nice, quieter spot with some nice seating for getting work done. A little outside of Brickell on an off road so you can usually find street parking. Lots of gluten free and vegan options but also some chicken/egg/dairy options for those that want that. This last time I went I got the vegan quinoa bowl w/ chicken and a side salad for $14.50. Salad was very basic but everything was fresh, good quality and the dressing was good. The quinoa in the bowl was un-seasoned which I didn't mind too much since it had a nice natural earthy flavor. My only criticism was the chicken was quite dry. I have also had the avocado toast with garbanzo beans and GF waffles which were good. I find some of the food over priced for the portion sizes except for the smoothies which are fairly priced and lots of variety. Pros: Lots of GF/vegan options including homemade desserts. Good study/work spot on a quieter street. Cons: A bit pricey for portion sizes but this is a boutique cafe in Miami so that is excepted. Some of the dishes are worth it and other are nothing exceptional and small (the wraps in my opinion). read more

Was looking for healthy food in the morning to boost my energy on a Monday. I found cute cafe on the map, wasn't my first choice bc of the storefront. But boy I was wrong. This healthy cafe is located right next to a gym, sharing the same name. Great sign already! And when I stepped in, the menu on the handwritten blackboard just went on and on! We needed up ordering egg white wrap, açaí bowl, and protein waffle. The waffle took us a bit wait, but it's worth it! The texture is soft and chewy in the most pleasant way, resembling mochi waffle. And the açaí bowl container doesn't look huge, but the portion is generous. I think I tasted banana being blended in the açaí mix too, not just on the topping. Very good stuff. Though nothing is too sweet, I could still taste added sugar in the food. I wish there isn't, but I totally get it -- cafés would have a difficult time going too much into one concept. Glad I finally made time to stop in. Loved their acai bowls! They are true works of art. They scoop their bananas and pineapples into perfect little spheres to place around the bowl. The bowls are creamy and full of flavor from the fruits. I also enjoyed the crunch from the nuts and coconut shavings. On my first visit, I also tried the avocado toast. It was a bit different than others I've tried as it was served with garbanzo beans on top. So yummy! Also appreciate the charging cords on every single outlet. I wish I could bring this cafe home with me! My friend and I discovered Cure Cafe on our trip to Miami since it was walking distance from our hotel. Everything is gluten free (except the granola). I've been wanting to try this cafe for a while now based on the Yelp reviews and pictures. I was completely shocked by my experience. Clearly, the employees are not being trained. My wife and I ordered two iced lattes with flavors and were initially served two glasses of iced skim milk with the appropriate syrup. We had to inform the employee that Iced Lattes have espresso in them as well, which they eventually added. The coffee, however, was some of the worst, least flavorful coffee I've ever had at a Cafe and tasted like the beans were extremely burnt. I also ordered the Arepa off the menu with chicken and guacamole. You can see from my photo it's a thin arepa lathered with an extreme amount of guacamole. My chicken seemed to be completely forgotten. Paying $20 for two glasses of iced milk with burnt coffee along with this arepa was a complete waste of money. I'm ultimately disappointed and hope this cafe can turn it around. I would not recommend anyone go here until they can. read more

What a great little hidden treasure in Brickell. Off the beaten path by the new Atton hotel this spot was once owned by Lebron's wife and was bland as hell to me.. I went this am and I was pleasantly surprised at how delish the acai bowl was.. I had breakfast to go and called in to order a late lunch and had a very nice convo with the owner... Very cool guy and has some hilarious posts that he makes daily... see picture.. this one won me over! He explained that most places use ice in there acai bowls and they don't... that clearly explained why it was so off the hook! Lol!! Seriously the best acai bowl Ive had... and no brain freeze... Besides the fact that it's 100% soy and gluten free (if that matters to you) The prices were awesome too.. If I can get him to do a juice cleanse I'll be locked in forever.. I've been going to ten fruits but it's not organic and it always leaves me bloated and wondering how I spent so much on fruit.. lol.. Cure cafe is my new spot.
