Fun concept. Watched the menu online and waited for "Build Your Own Poke Bowl" to go back on the menu. Coming from California, I had never had trout in my poke but found it quite yummy. I would have preferred a bit more fish but the abundance of other toppings made up for it. Good wakame and sauces. Friendly staff who brings it right out to your car (mid quarantine). We were excited to finally try this unique restaurant. The atmosphere is wonderful and because you can watch the staff cook in front of you, the air was buzzing with energy. Because the menu changes every time they open, I won't go into the food too much. Just know that every plate we ordered was scrumptious. We couldn't believe how tasty everything was. One plate better than the next. We even saved room for dessert too. We were stuffed to the gills but our tastebuds were so happy. We had to keep reminding ourselves that we weren't in a big city. We were in lil' Green Bay! If I had to say anything about the place, I'd say to make sure you have reservations. It gets packed. And although the chef appeared to have a bit of an ego (you could see him scolding his staff whenever someone made a mistake) his food almost earns him the right. Almost. Incredibly good food by a very progressive Green Bay native who has come back home. Chris's creativity and skill are matched by his affability and approachability. He is only open to the public on Wednesday evenings, when the small plate choices change weekly. The rest of the time, he has private events and caters. The most recent Wednesday three of us dined, we sampled Olives + sweet &spicy almonds Malpeque oysters on the half shell with ponzu sauce Twin elm garden petite carrots/ white balsamic/ honey/ pecorino Brussel sprouts/ golden raisin/ aged sherry vinegar/ cashew BLACK TRUFFLE RISOTTO/carnaroli rice/baby leek. INCREDIBLY GOOD. HAD SHAVED BLACK TRUFFLES ON IT MMMMM Oatmeal cream tart/ pecan praline/ kumquat jam/ salty maple ice cream. This was absolutely one of the best desserts ever. As you can see, Chris is very selective with ingredients. But, likely none of the above will be on the menu next week, which makes it even more appealing. Most memorable, fresh and high quality dinner in Green Bay. The entire experience is top notch. They are only open for "fresh market" dining on most Wednesday nights. They also request you make a reservation, up to a week in advance, but I've seen walk-ins as well. We shared affordable small plates that lead to a pretty big bill, but we were celebrating. You could go and spend $50-60 for a dinner for two if it was just a regular night, and no drinks. You might want to get a drink though, since they are also extremely fresh and creative mixed drinks. We had: fish tacos (omg. Fav.,) blue crab cakes, fried goat cheese curds, a seasonal salad, fried green tomatoes and the most amazing donut-espresso-salted-carmel-ice-cream dessert. The chef and owner (I believe), Chris, walks the dining space during dinner and checks in how everyone is enjoying the meal. Review for restaurant week. For a $30 dinner I did not full or impressed enough to come back. It's not bad for Green Bay, I guess but money is money and I've had much better meals for around $70 per person for food and drink. Front of house was somewhat unwelcoming. They do not greet they just ask what your name is, ok kinda mean. To start off the restaurant week menu seemed to have cheap ingredients not made to order like cold apps and confit and cold desserts. Cocktails were tasty but a little watered down. I'm not one to complain about portions since I'm pretty petite and like to keep a trim figure but the entree of duck was like two bites for $16 is ridiculous. I thought promos like these were supposed to encourage local business but it seems like a scam for peoples monies. read more

Wow...Just wow. My wife and I come here every single time we are able to when they are open to the public, which is rare. The food is nothing short of amazing. The format tends to small plates where you can order a lot of food and share which is a perfect way to sample the amazing food. On our last visit we started with the oysters (amazing), then the lobster corn dogs (amazing), followed by the duck (very good), meatballs (one of the best I've ever had), Scallops (wow) and passion fruit semi freddo. The only nit picky thing I could find not amazing with all of the dishes was that I wish the duck was a bit more crispy. The food here easily hangs with best restaurants in Wisconsin such as Sanford's, c1880 or Ardent - just spectacular food. If they were open to the public every week I would be here very week. If you see that they are open on a Wednesday night just go. read more

Unbelievable experience at Three Three Five tonight. Chef Mangless is a class act. The ever changing menu tonight was outstanding, from the duck confit with sour cherry preserve to the pork belly hash to the blue lump crab on a friend green tomato! I just cant stop thinking about it. The pei mussels in coconut curry was so delicious that I had to ask for extra grilled sourdough to soak up the curry sauce. And, when you go, make sure you save room for dessert. On top of all of this great food, they have created their own take on craft cocktails that are fantastic, as well as having an outstanding wine and craft beer selection. I live in Chicago and will definitely make the drive back on a Wednesday to experience another meal like that. Hats off to you good sir, and thank you for a delicious meal. Three Three Five is only open for dinner service on Wednesday evenings; the rest of the time, they conduct private dining events as The Traveling Chef. Three Three Five serves small, shareable plates, with a heavy emphasis on seasonal and local ingredients. The restaurant does not have a bar, but offers a selection of creative, artisan cocktails each week, as well as a respectable wine list and selection of bottled beers. If the option is available, I would recommend reserving seats at the counter in front of the wide-open kitchen, as it is quite entertaining to see Chef Chris Mangless's compositions take shape on the plate. The menu changes weekly, so you may get an opportunity to order a dish on consecutive weeks, or you may not. It generally includes tapas-style appetizers like olives and spiced almonds, as well as dishes that features seasonal vegetables and proteins. Some of the dishes may appear simple when viewing the menu, but it shows that restraint in cooking pays off when using great ingredients and flawless technique. There are no gimmicks in Three Three Five's food. I usually don't get dessert, but I can't resist Three Three Five's oat tart, which is regularly on the menu. They make various ice creams, panna cotta, and pastries in house, which causes me to break my "No Dessert" rule when I visit. I wish that Three Three Five offered dinner service every night. Nonetheless, it makes Wednesday a special night in Green Bay. This is an experience you can't get anywhere else in the Fox Valley. If you get off on food, you will like this. read more

Chef Christopher catered a private event for my wife and I. He worked meticulously with us to design a menu that conformed to our health and dietary preferences, even developing new, no sugar dessert recipes for the occasion. On the day, service was excellent and unintrusive. The only interruptions we experienced were caused by our guests coming up to us in droves to compliment the food and inquire after it's creator. I was here last weekend with my boyfriend and we were excited to come based off of the reviews on yelp. Unfortunately, we did not have the experience that other positive reviewers had. We felt that almost every dish we had was over seasoned/ something wasn't quite right. We are from Chicago so we know good food and we just weren't feeling it here. Wow. And I mean wow in a bad way. Here for a music event on a Monday night. Took a good 20 minutes just to get a drink list, and another ten to fifteen for the actual drink. Beer and wine, not craft cocktails. We were mislead in that the ad mentioned $35 for small plates and craft sodas, which to me meant they were included. Much to our surprise, they were not. Small plates ran about $12-$16 each on top of the original price. We are big fans of the artist, but she's nowhere near worth a $35 admission. Our food wasn't served together (still waiting on mine....it's been about 15 minutes since my wife received hers). All in all, an extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. read more

We were a group of more than eight people. Everything was going well. The venue is lovely and super comfortable. The furniture is all very modern and the staff is friendly. We were shown to our table and were given pleantly of time to look over our menus. There were many appetizers to choose from but sadly there were only 2 options for the main meal and two other options for dessert. The prices are on the higher side, which made us all hesitant to order anything besides our main meal, but we were willing to try a few new thibgs. Then it was time to order and everything went down hill. The waitress told us "Usually for large groups we bring out the appetizers, the meal, and then dessert. Does that sound okay to you guys?" And we were all slightly confused. Isn't that what every other resterant does? So we rolled with it and responded with a soft "Yeah, that's okay." She then continued with; "Okay well we'll bring out some appetizers for you guys, then I'll go around and get your orders." As I mentioned above, there were MANY appetizers to choose from. What was she going to bring us if she hadn't asked what we wanted from the list, and how much was she going to bring? We thought, based off these questions, that she would bring a plater with a few pieces of everything for us to try to help us order. We were mistaken. The staff brought out THREE of everything on the appetizer menu. Once we figured out that this was probably NOT done to all large groups, we decided it would probably be cheaper to share a meal with someone else in our group since we clearly had to pay three times as much as we wanted to for the appetizers. Some of us pulled out our phones and did some math. They had brought our table FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS worth of food and we had not even placed a single order. We ordered SIX ramen that came up to be $108. then there was a service fee of $98. We had a bill of over SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS. We were so stressed in trying to figure out how the fuck we were going to pay off this bill that no one thought of talking to a manager. Needless to say we will not be going back. read more

My emotions tell me to give this place one star, but the food really deserves two. The whole one-day-a-week (maybe) except for high rollers thing had me prepped to be a little critical, but when the first words spoken to me after coming in the door were "last name?" I felt the food should at least equal the pretentiousness. I wonder what it feels like as a walk-in to be greeted like that, and there were plenty of empty tables. If they had placed a drink in my hand promptly all would have been forgiven. Three drops of water were added to my full glass, but of a server there was no sign. We started with cocktails and oysters. No problem getting a replacement when one of my six oysters was spoiled. And the cocktails were tasty, if a little to the watery side (local edition of SF, I pledge eternal loyalty). Restaurant week menu was somewhat limited and very uneven in quality. Reading the menu was disappointing since every dish was something 99% prepared ahead of time (cold salad, hummus, duck confit, soft serve ice cream). I want to see some fire in that open kitchen! My mussels were overly salty, with a side of salty bacon and salty bread to open with salt. (asked the server if it was nueske's but she didn't know). And I don't want to be that guy who complains about portions, but to me a $16 entree should have more than 1 oz of duck or 10 mussels. I mean, if you can't feed someone on a $30 menu then don't offer a $30 menu. I would have been happy to spend more, as long as it wasn't for that BR31-style rocky road ice cream... Maybe chef Chris has a passion for connecting with the GB glitterati (such as they are), but the passion for food is a bit lacking. Let it be known that i went here for brunch. Although it was completely disappointing, I will give them a second chance to try out their dinner service the next time. I was really looking forward to this place but I was underwhelmed on almost every account. Both the hostess and our waitress were unfriendly and unwelcoming. No smiles, no greetings, no "hello", nothing. The waitress was rushed and a bit pushy. She made us uncomfortable and the whole time we felt like she wanted us to hurry up and leave. We were hurried along twice to give her our order even though we told her we needed time to decide. I ordered my usual favorite, eggs Benedict. I was a little shocked because it cost $18, but I was willing to pay for it because I was expecting greatness. Instead I was served ONE single poached egg in a bowl with some mediocre hollandaise sauce. Seriously? ONE EGG for 18 freakin' dollars?!? I was starving when I left this place. Not to mention I've had some of the best eggs benedict at many of the fantastic brunch spots in Chicago and ALL of them serve you TWO eggs. They also charge you about $12 or less. Oh, and they all taste delicious. That's pretty important as well. I also ordered an overpriced juice which was served in a tiny little glass. I finished mine in two sips before the food was even served, but I was feeling too poor at this point to order a refill, so I just drank water. I came to 335 with high hopes and a willingness to spend whatever it would cost to have a great meal. Instead I left feeling duped for being nickel and dimed but hardly receiving anything in return. The prices wouldn't seem so ridiculous if the food was actually worth it, but sadly this wasn't the case. Green Bay is definitely in need of dining concepts like this, but the experience was ostrisizing and pretentious. This is mainly because of the unfriendly staff and the overpriced food/portion size/mediocre food quality. My wife and I both left hungry and offended. For so much hype this place turned out to be entirely OVERATED. read more

An imaginative high end establishment that compares to some of the finest venues in large metropolitan areas. The food is always exciting and based on availability. The chef has unique sources for fresh food to work with and it really shows on the palate. The seafood is always amazing and the ability to produce complimentary sauces and sides is unmatched. Oysters are always a positive, the scallops are amazing and fish rotate on a whats best basis. Much of the food is locally sourced with special things coming in by plane. The chef also makes his own cheeses, sausage and other fun tasty food. The atmosphere is welcoming and pleasantly chaotic. It is only open on select Wednesdays and during special events. I believe high end catering is the main business and the restaurant is a proving ground for now culinary concepts. The wine list and pairings are generally unique and exceptional with reasonable advice always available. The open kitchen and friendly waitstaff makes every trip feel like a family dinner. My wife and I have had the pleasure of eating here several times over the last few years. The food is always fantastic. You will not be disappointed. The service however is frequently lacking. Usually the staff are inattentive/indifferent at least. We partook in 335's ramen dinner last night (10/18/19) and again, I can not say enough about the food. There were several mistakes by waitstaff however. Besides being generally careless, one of the waiters began filling my wife's half full glass of white wine (they were using he same glasses for wine/water) and when we pointed out what he was doing, he promptly apologized and moved onto the next table. I feel like the correct answer would have been to replace the glass of wine. Servers made a mistake on our order, which was corrected once we brought it to their attention, and then finally they made an error on the bill. This may sound like nitpicking on my part, but I really feel that when my wife and I spend upwards of $150 on a meal for two, that the service should be stellar. We are not by any means demanding patrons, we simply like things done correctly. I have no doubt that we will be visiting 335 again since the food, beverage, and atmosphere are fantastic. This meal was phenomenal. We had a large group, all of us from out of town, and Chris pretty much just cooked the whole menu for us. We had the most amazing hummus and duck confit to start. Beautifully hand picked artisan cheeses and meats, and the liver pate was the best I'd ever had. The tomato bruschetta was spectacular, as was the chicken meatballs, pork belly and sablefish dishes. Each bite was divine, the presentation was creative and thoughtful, and the atmosphere was perfection. And if I could have taken jars of that butterscotch budino to go, I would make a fortune selling it in Dallas. Way to go Green Bay. I can't wait to come back. read more
