Three Thirds Cafe is a fairly new establishment thats been open for about 8months (well at least as of Jan 2023), and you can tell from their nice and modern decor both indoors and out. Located at 3Acres building, it actually has a good spot by the park-and-ride area. There is street parking available and you can also park within the building (for a fee of course). We came in on a weekday afternoon and the place wasnt so hectic but there is a good number of people that came and went. John, who was there to assist us, had a very welcoming demeanor and was quite friendly not just with us but to all the guests that stopped by the cafe during our time there. We had a hazelnut latte which was nicely done and matcha latte which was also good. Although the hubster preferred it a little less sweet, i, on the other hand, liked that sweetness BUT was looking a bit more for that matcha bitterness. We finished both cups regardless. Since it was a little later during the day, there wasnt much pastries left but they did have ready made sandwiches. We got the turkey sandwich which was okay but wont necessarily be our go-to. Just looking to eat something light that particular time. Overall not a bad spot for some coffee. I bet its also even more fun during the summer time as John mentioned they have live band sometimes, karaoke and their hydraulic glass wall opens up for that nice al fresco vibe!

Cute little cafe! Not a lot of seating but very open, tall ceilings, industrial vibes. The barista/cook (jack of all trades) was SO nice! We got a bacon egg and cheese and a ham egg and cheese. The bread was thick and fluffy, good amount of egg and cheese, could have used more bacon and ham to match the proportions, but overall everything was delicious. Got a matcha latte and espresso shot. The matcha latte was extremely sweet but that was on me for not clarifying less sugar since I'm more of a matcha than sweetness kinda gal. It's a small place so the menu is unexpectedly limited depending on when you come in, but if you're open to trying whatever they have, should be fine! That's what happened with us.

I'm from Jersey City and it seems like every time i come back to visit, there's a new cafe or restaurant. I decided to try Three Thirds, and left pretty disappointed. Before I get into the negative, I will say the service was great! The drinks are VERY pretty but flavor and quality really missed the mark. For sure wasn't up to Jersey City standards. The ube cloud latte had a very concentrated taste to it that made it unenjoyable and my matcha didn't taste like matcha at all. They probably use low quality matcha powder or some sort of matcha drink mix. Either way, I hope they improve! Swapped out my matcha for a cold brew (which was good) and the barista was very polite about it.

Ambiance is really clean and relaxing. I got their cold brew which is really smooth. So good!

I dont know if it is the good day, the customer service, the ambiance Jared the host/barista set, or the ingredients for this meal. Something was done right, thank you!

This is great chic cafe. I loved the indoor setup with booths and couch. The interior design looks amazing. Plenty of lighting inside as well. Great selection of coffee and pastries. Amazing place to work from. The only problem is with all the open spacing, the cars on the road are a disturbance. Would have loved a bit quiet setting with closed doors/walls but Open air circulation is definitely important I guess. I got a pain au chocolat and a matcha ice latte. The pricing are definitely decent! A must try place in west side Jersey city!!

The kids' play area is a fantastic touch for families, and the staff couldn't be more friendly or hospitable. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owners during one of our visits, and they were wonderful. Everything we tried was excellent, including the hot chocolate, vanilla protein cold brew, and the cappuccino. I also really enjoyed the croissant, and the rest of the baked goods looked just as tempting. Highly recommend checking this place out!

I ordered the Iced Vanilla Protein Cold Brew, and my mom went with the French Velvet Latte (lavender and vanilla). Both drinks were delicious and well-balanced. The French Velvet in particular had a lovely floral flavor without being overpowering. My only complaint is that it felt a bit small for the price. Our group also picked up a few croissants, and everyone enjoyed them. They leaned more sweet than savory, which isn't usually my preference, but they were still tasty. The drink menu offers plenty of variety, though the pastry selection is fairly limited, and the pastries aren't baked in-house. The real standout here is the vibe. Call Me Mia is quaint but incredibly chic. The decor feels thoughtfully curated, with vintage telephones displayed in elegant frames, antique teapots, moka pots, and other charming touches throughout the space. It feels cozy, stylish, and very Instagram-worthy without trying too hard. As for service, the barista was efficient and knew what he was doing, but he came across as a bit short and matter-of-fact. Not rude, just not particularly warm or welcoming. Still, the drinks were excellent, so he definitely delivered where it mattered most. Overall, I'd happily stop back for another coffee and to soak in the beautiful atmosphere. If you're looking for a stylish coffee shop with creative drinks, Call Me Mia is worth a visit.
