I was worried that the seller would back out and we had to extend the contract closing date. It did end up closing, but it was stressful. When buying a house this time, I looked around for a new mortgage lender and decided to use Keith after talking with several people. The whole process was much different with his company. The approval was received quickly and we ended up being done with the loan a few weeks before the closing date. It was nice not having to stress about the mortgage all the way to the closing date and just focus on getting my stuff packed. I would highly recommend Keith Landis for a mortgage. He made the whole thing easy!

Keith helped me close on my house after another lender dropped the ball…read more I was in the middle of purchasing a home and was using another lender when I received a call that there was a problem with my mortgage application. I am a veteran and was using my benefits to get a VA loan. The loan officer said that after reviewing my tax returns, they could no longer do the loan. I had asked this loan officer to review my tax returns prior to finding a house because I am self employed and I know that sometimes lenders get picky with self employed people. Well long story short, here it was a few weeks before closing and now suddenly there is a problem with how they are calculating my income! Apparently the loan officer either calculated my income incorrectly or did not know his own bank's rules. My accountant had given me Keith's name previously but I didn't call him at first because I had already applied with the other lender. I called him and explained the situation and I am glad I did. He was able to work up an approval based on the same income paperwork I gave the previous bank, he said it was because he has lenders that do not add their own stricter guidelines on top of the VA rules. They just follow the VA rules as they are written. I was also impressed about how he kept me in the loop as to how things were progressing. He was always available and answered all my questions. We were able to get the appraisal transferred from the other lender and all of the paperwork completed quickly. We ended up closing on time. He helped make a stressful situation less stressful. I would recommend Keith to anyone looking for a mortgage. I recommended one of my friends to call him recently.

My one-bedroom apartment in the Voelkel Terrace Apartments in Dormont (2703 Voelkel Ave) was extremely affordable, in good condition, clean, and safe (and charming with its' avocado green appliances!). From the moment I met Reed, Katie, Joel and the staff at PPM, I was impressed with their genuine concern for their tenants and overall customer service. Leasing terms were flexible (to accommodate change of jobs, wintry weather, etc.). Maintenance issues (very few) were resolved quickly and courteously. During the winter, the parking lot and stairs were kept clean, salted, and safe. This was my first "real world" renting experience (post- college graduation), and I took comfort in knowing I was leasing from PPM Realty. It was assuring to know the team at my rental company knew me by name and that I could email or text them, and receive a response, if necessary. I genuinely mean it when I say I highly recommend PPM Realty to anyone interested in renting (or even buying) a home! In the fall, my brother plans to move, and you better believe I've already given him contact information for the team at PPM Realty. You won't be disappointed... :)

I've lived in a Steiner apartment for four years, and it has been the best experience I've ever had. They truly go over and beyond. The maintenance team immediately fixes any issues that may arise (they take amazing care of their properties, so there aren't really any issues to begin with!), the folks in the office really take their time answering any and all questions, and they truly care about their renters. I moved cross country for the first time in my life, and the folks in the office really made the whole process easy for me. If I could live in this apartment forever, I would. They are super nice, informative, professional, hardworking, and overall outstanding. Even my introverted cats who are scared of everyone except my wife and I LOVE the maintenance team, so that says a lot. Everyone at Steiner Realty truly deserves a raise, in my opinion. I've worked as a Leasing Agent before, so I have extremely high standards- Steiner absolutely went over and beyond my standards in every aspect. The quality of my apartment is outstanding, and I have been absolutely blown away by how amazing my time has been while living here. They keep everything super clean- they even salt the sidewalks and parking lots before any storm, big or tiny. They always answer the phones immediately when you call, and they take their time with you. If someone was in my parking spot, they would have them towed immediately for me. One of my light bulbs went out, and they came and replaced ALL of my lights, and even gave me extra bulbs. They even email you after you get maintenance done to make sure you are happy with the results. They all truly go over and beyond. I could go on and on. More people need to know how amazing Steiner is, and how amazing their properties are too.
