Mammoth came out and got fans and dehumidifiers up quickly, and have worked through my insurance company to get our kitchen back in order. I hope to NEVER need their services again, but if I do, I am confident that Mammoth is the right company to call.

The adjuster came out and was great said they would get me a quote in 2 to 3 days max. Cut to a week later no quote so I called in to check on the status and was told every time I called in..it should be end of the day. That went on for 3 weeks the last time I called in I was told it would be done by Friday of that week and to give them time. Friday came and went and no call or quote. I called today and was sent to VM which then just hung up. I called back and asked Theresa if the owner was there and was told everyone was gone for the day and that there was no quote at 9 am. I asked if they didn't want to work with me to just let me know so I could find someone else after a month. I was told that was not her place but that there was no other help to give me. Mind you I waited a month to be told they were not even providing me a quote. Now I have to start completely over because of them. I would never ever use this company. And honestly good luck getting your work done if this is how they treat someone just being patient and giving them ample time to quote work to be done.

Over the last year, I…read morehave contacted 3 different roofers for estimates on some relatively minor repairs; one didn't respond at all, one was only interested in getting a whole new roof covered by my insurance company and the 3rd gave me a price so high they clearly weren't interested in doing the work. Everyone from the owner to the office staff to the installer were kind and thorough. The job was done when they said it would be done and it was done well. When the time comes that I do need a whole new roof, there's only one call I'll be making! They have my future business and I'm recommending them to anyone who will listen.

I cancelled my Sunday plans to wait to meet them and texted around noon to see if they were coming and received a two letter answer... "No". Haven't heard from them since and feel the response was unprofessional. Especially since I didn't ask him to come on Sunday and it caused me to miss out on my only day off by waiting around for them. In all fairness, they do appear to be doing a nice job on my neighbor's house so maybe it's just me he didn't like (3 stars reflect that).

I should point out that I manage a large plumbing company in the Los Angeles area which has both plumbing and AC/Heat divisions. We employ roughly 60 Plumbing/Heating techs and 125 construction plumbers. So when my daughters 3 year old FAU went down last night I coached her newlywed husband to a point where we needed someone with the tools to further diagnose her issue. Being a contractor myself, I thought I would play it safe and call the local heating supply distributor and ask them who the best contractors were in the area? I was given the names of four local businesses rumored to be great to work with, so I started dialing.....The first one answered the phone and said they were too busy to answer the phone and take any info, Uh, Ok so why did you answer? Of the other 3 only one called me back 6 hours later and said they could help-Good enough but honestly way too late. (All of them here on Yelp) When I called Brain Campbell he said he had a tech in the area and being that my daughter is a teacher he would send him over early (The same day) before school started. His tech fixed what we had both agreed would be a dirty flame sensor only after Brian offered to get back to our home after school let out should his tech have any problems or need to return to install new parts. What a Class Act-He gets it. Use him. Thanks Brain, we are eternally grateful for your help. Jeff

Not only did the insurance company reimburse my entire roof less the deductible, but Albert upgraded it into a more modern long-lasting shingle at no additional cost to me.   Albert also coordinated with solar panels removal, cleaning and replacement. And coordinated with Solatube (which I love) installing 3, and his roofer installing 1 Velux sun tunnel skylight (which I definitely don't love because it probably gives 20% of the Solatube light.)
