Noah, Dale, and Jennifer worked to get the crew in place, and they did a great job of replacing the worn underlayment with a state of the art underlayment. I pulled off the vinyl siding on the exterior of the chimney and it appeared that there was an opening in the flashing on that corner. Our house was reroofed 11years ago by some out of town roofing company, I'd refer to as Hail Storm Chasers, but they reroofed around the existing flashing which is 67yrs old. I contacted two different companies for repair estimates. The first offered a unique solution to the problem that involved a fabricated shield that would umbrella the top of the chimney which seemed more like a bandaid to the root-problem. The second was David at Guardian Roofing. After showing him the area of the leak in the attic, like I did with the first company, and going up on the roof to inspect the flashing, he identified the opening in the flashing and suggested it be removed and replaced which seemed like the appropriate longterm solution. He offered to temporarily seal the opening in the corner flashing with sealant until it could be replaced. I declined his offer since I already had it tarped to prevent further leaking but appreciated his offer. David said they were 2-3 weeks out, which was fine with me since the tarp was working, and said he'd email me an estimate within 2 days. His comprehensive estimate was well within the range I'd predicted and because of his knowledge, and demeanor I chose to go with them. David and a helper showed up in 12 days, on a Saturday, arrived on time, and spent almost 6 hours doing the flashing/surrounding-roofing removal and replacement. David even sealed two roof vents and the supports to my electric-service panel mast. They cleaned up and hauled off all the old materials. I'm very pleased with the workmanship and wouldn't hesitate to go with Guardian Roofing LLC for any future roofing repairs or construction.

The home is distinctive and would be remembered by a contractor. I was very happy to hear this. Some days later an Olin came by to meet me. As I was explaining the problem to him I noticed all he cared about was looking at his phone and basically ignoring me. I complimented his watch band to try and get his attention and barely got a nod. After a few moments he looked up, complained a bit about the logistics of scaling the roof and told me he would get back to me. I have yet to hear from him so I called their office speaking to an Evelyn I believe, who gave more run around. I asked her to do me the courtesy of letting me know if they would help me, to which she agreed, but never called back and refuses to answer when I call. Now I've wasted nearly a month for a very serious problem with my home.
