I've been a big fan of 3 Notch'd since one of their sales reps bought meals for us at the Virginia Beach location - so I wanted to try their SC expansion spots. I stopped into the Greenville location, and was happy to see good beer offerings, lots of space, and plenty of parking (which is an issue at the VA Beach location!) The food was solid - but, "pink or no pink" is just code for "we're scared of the health inspectors and our cooks don't know how to read a thermometer". It's a phrase I hate to hear at any restaurant. I ordered "pink"... and there wasn't much pink to be found. But unfortunately, that seems to be the norm for burgers unless you cook them yourself. Other than that, the burger (Honey Badger) was good. The beer is where 3 Notch'd is exceptional. A good variety of styles, you'll find something for all tastes there. We decided to give this restaurant a try, because we liked the restaurant that occupied this space before (Iron Hill Brewery). We started out with some water, I asked for root beer but they said they didn't have any. (That's fine though) As our starter, we got the hummus platter. I think it was solid. Fresh veggies with some wontons and some olive hummus. 8/10 I settled on the Southern Belle sandwich on the handhelds menu with some coleslaw. The sandwich was pretty tasty the only problem I had with it was it kept falling apart. If you don't like getting messy, probably don't order it. The coleslaw was not for me, however! It was not creamy and it tasted pretty salty. I prefer sweeter coleslaw and this was not sweet at all except for the natural taste of the cabbage. My sister got the kids cheeseburger sliders. She said it was good. The patties were not burnt thankfully. She said the fries were very crispy. My father got the Southern Abby beer. He said it was good. (I didn't get very good responses) The grilled cheese was mediocre. It's bread and cheese. I didn't try the tomato soup however. My grandmother said it was alright. The food overall was 8/10. The ambiance was okay. We enjoyed our time tonight. read more

Why is this even open? Average service,,horrible food and mixed cocktails made worse by the sticky coating on every surface of the restaurant. Went as a group and only one person finished their food. If you are a brewery serve beer and get food trucks in because what you have going on is just bad. read more

Pros- Service was good Inside is updated and spacious Fried green tomatoes appetizer Cons- Fries were squishy and flavorless I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and asked for no honey mustard and asked for mayo instead and they charged me for mayo! I've never been to a restaurant or fast food joint where they actually charged me for mayo! I just wanted a smear on my sandwich. The grilled chicken itself was good but the size of the chicken was small and only covered 2/3 of my bread. My friend got the Philly cheesesteak and he said the steak was sooo salty. Stopped in shortly after they had their grand opening. They were actually still getting some things in order. The food and drinks we had were really good. Nice atmosphere. They didn't have some common drink and food items for a Friday evening you would expect but again the had recently opened. We will most definitely go back. read more

We have been to Three Notch'd several times now AND EVERY time it is excellent !!! They are attentive and always checking to make sure all is well... They always have a great selection on the TVs and the atmosphere is comfortable and inviting!! The beer selection is great and they are always brewing something new!! I came here with my family and two other families after my daughter's gymnastics competition. Let me first say that I didn't realize that I was a brewpub! Being a beer snob, I was sold as soon as I walked in. Alex was our server and he couldn't have been better. Super friendly, on point with the knowledge of the menu made a party of 11 feel quite special. Everything we tried was delicious. From chicken sandwich to burgers everyone was quite pleased. They even sell packaged beer that you can take home. This is a spot that I would definitely be a regular if I didn't live in north Georgia. read more

Waited a bit to try it out, won't be back. I will say Service was top tier, food was 4-5/10 the burger tasted like it came from a BK drive through, super thin patty. The chicken tenders in panko just tasted like nothing. Their sauces were very muted in flavor but I'm sure some would like that. Their appetizer of "pretzel" bites are anything but it's literally a fried dough that is super garlicky and not like a pretzel at all and their donut bites... same thing just tossed in cinnamon sugar and the least amount of icing they could possibly put on, we took a few bites paid and left. Service was very slow from drinks to food. We were a party of 4 and only one meal was correct. After we spoke with the young female manger she left the table saying "continue to enjoy yourselves" and refused to discount our tab after our server initiated this request, not us.
